  • Solid and no bike wobble with 2 @ #65 e-bikes
Style: CyberRack E2, Blue Gray / 200lbs Capacit...
8/2024 Update.. Just used on 400 mile round trip with both bikes on rack. Could not be happier with this product. Yes it is heavy however, the reason is that it is made out of real steel, bent & welded. The ebikes are heavy and the ramp makes it easy for us, seniors, to load and unload. When bikes not on car, it folds up against the gate. I look at other racks which are lighter, see the wobble and appreciate this purchase. Do it!!!! No regrets here! Replaced a 3 year old Saris bike rack as that rack was same $$, but not as solid. We travel 3000+ miles a year with bikes loaded on our SUV and they are heavy E-Bikes. As seniors, loading was a challenge to point we stopped taking our bikes on short runs if we needed to transport the on the SUV, as just to much of a burdeon to load and unload. This is a heavy, well constructed rack, that took 1.5 hours to assemble with a ramp. We no longer have to wrestle our bikes onto the rack and once the mountings are adjusted is a snap to load/ unload as the optional ramp allows us to just push bikes up with NO lifting. Fully adjustable for any bike and with its weight rating, we are well under its limits, unlike our Saris where we were at its limits. Rack sits high so no worry on tail drag on driveway or other approaches. Expect it to provide us with long service. The only 2 improvements I would make are, to have a sinch lever / bolt to expand inside the SUV reciever from rack to stabilize & get all wobble out in addition to the existing bolt that holds rack to hitch. The second change, instead of paint, I would powder coat for extended outdoor durability. Just be aware it is a heavy rack however, it is very solid with quality steel and welds which is why the weight. Happy with purchase! ... show more

  • Great rack, except?
Style: CyberRack E2, Blue Gray / 200lbs Capacit...
This rack is great! Easy to load and unload. Our 2 bikes fit fine even with baskets on the front and back. Only fly in the ointment is a quality control issue. As you can see from the photo, the sleeve installed for support didn't line up with the existing holes. I had to drill out the holes in order to get the pin inserted. Other than a little additional work, the rest of the assembly went smoothly. That's why only 4 stars instead of 5. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty.... This thing is serious!
We had a hitch track for bikes but just bought 2 70lb ebikes so I needed something better. This thing is seriously heavy duty. The ramp works great and stores nicely. Put it on the back of our Jeep XJ Cherokee that was being flat towed behind the motorhome. Did 1200 mile round trip and was rock solid. The straps are really easy to use but worried me a little for a long trip, seems like they could pop out of the notch so I got some ties (like huge bread bag twist ties) and added those. The straps did fine though, I just liked the extra security. The ties also worked to hold the folding arms down so when you fold the track up, they start in place. I think it came with Velcro straps that would work as well. ... show more

  • Absolutely love this bike rack
This rack is solid and very well built. After reading some reviews I was a bit concerned, but really needed the weight limit for 2 e-bikes. This rack does not disappoint, and yes the directions are well written and a great help in assembly, which did take me an hour by myself. Folds up nicely and easily. I did place bungee cords on the upright seat post brace to keep it from hitting my tailgate during breaking, empty and folded up, minor thing. Holds our bikes very solidly. An incorporated or supplied locking system would be my only suggestion to the manufacturer. Love this bike rack! ... show more

  • nice for ebike
Style: CyberRack E1, Blue Gray / 100lbs Capacit...
I like the rack, looked easy to assemble, but not easy for 72 yr old grandma, not srtong enough to get the parts together, had my bike shop do it. I can get it on my hitch and my ebike on it ,have to use a rachet to get the bolt that holds the rack in the hitch receiver tightened, does keep from wobbling. great ebike rack, for my 2021 Murano , rack is easy to store too ... show more

  • Heavy bike rack, seems adequate
Style: CyberRack E2, Blue Gray / 200lbs Capacit...
Semi easy to put together, need some ratchet wrenches. Big ones 15/16 to be exact. And other various sizes. The only problem so far is the straps that go through tires arent worth a nickle. The spring on the buckle that holds the plastic strap doesnt have enough tension to hold the strap in place. The straps slide right out. I'll need to get my own straps to secure the tires in place. The ramp is a great feature. Needs some florescent stickers on the back end as it sticks out about 3ft from the vehicle. The weight must be over 60lbs, very cumbersome to put on and remove by one person. But you need it heavy to secure your expensive bikes so they dont bounce around. ... show more

  • Good solid bike rack
Style: CyberRack E2, Blue Gray / 200lbs Capacit...
This rack is a little heavy to put on the car, but it’s solid. I wish the Center post was round so that you could pivot the seat post holder to the side when loading your bike it can get in the way. The clip that holds the ramp to the back of the rack is very inconvenient. You almost have to lay on the ground when removing or reinstalling it on the back of the rack. ... show more

  • Awesome bike carrier
Style: CyberRack E1, Black/ 100lbs Capacity + Ramp
I bought this to transport my e-bike that is really heavy using my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. As a middle aged woman, I liked that it had a ramp and I didn’t actually have to lift the bike up 3’ to get it on and off some of the other racks I looked at. Having said that - it does take a little practice to get it up the ramp b/c of the weight of the bike. But the more I do it the easier and faster I get. The heavy duty rubber straps allow you to secure the bike in 3 locations, which makes for minimal movement even over speed bumps. It is really heavy duty and I was able to assemble it by myself reasonably quickly. You won’t be disappointed if this is your choice. ... show more
