I have bought, treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical machines, Peleton, and home gyms. I have probably wasted more than 10k on these machines. Where are they now you might ask? Well, after they became clothes hangers, they ended up in Goodwill. I saw this on TV about 6 or 7 years ago on the news. I decided this would be the last. If I cannot sustain this, I will never buy another exercise machine. To make a long story short, I have been using it for 7 years and I use it for several hours a day. I have 3 different models for 3 areas of my house. I swore that I could only sit down, if I am using a Cubii. Every day, I try to burn at least 400 calories. It is really easy on this because it is so smooth and quiet. The motion is so relaxing actually. I cannot work unless I am pedaling. It helps me think or concentrate. Among all the models throughout the years, the Cubii Move is the most practical. PROS: 1. Silky smooth - the motion is very ergonomic and is very comfortable. 2. No strain on joints - I have never had muscle cramps or pain from using this and I am an older man. 3. Pedal the whole day - I work 8-5 every day. This is under my desk. I make sure to pedal at least 80% of the time while seated. 4. Great for type 2 Diabetes - Since I pretty much pedal most of the time, when I check my blood sugar, it does not spike. 5. Great for long-term weight loss - I try to burn 400-500 calories a day while I work or watch TV. I have lost 25 pounds in 7 years. I have not changed my diet. The only thing I added was pedaling on my Cubii. 6. Great way to relax - Like I said, it is so smooth that it is almost like a meditation. CONS: 1. Do not expect an intense or even moderate workout. This is something you do for the long haul. SUMMARY: My blood pressure and blood sugar are normal now. I still have some weight to lose but I will do it slowly with my Cubii. Don't try to be Lance Armstrong. Find a relaxing, and comfortable setting and pace. The goal is to do this for the rest of your life, and not burn out and quit. >>>>>UPDATE<<<<<< I never learn. Since I thought I was doing so well with the Cubii, I decided to see if buying a Treadmill AGAIN would help. After wasting another $900 on a Treadmill, I think I have learned my lesson. If I need a clothes rack, just buy a clothes rack.

Purchased this for my elderly parents. Their health conditions limit what they can do for exercise so I thought this would be beneficial. I was right! This little machine is so convenient! They have it under the dining table and use it daily after breakfast or lunch or whenever they feel like it. It’s quiet and easy to use. It’s easy on their joints and does not cause any increase in pain. This definitely has helped to prevent a decrease in mobility!

The unit gives a good seated workout with variable resistance. Putting it together was above my pay grade, but fortunately my two mechanically inclined granddaughters had no trouble assembling it in about an hour. Only drawback is its tendency to creep as I pedal, so I have to teach down and readjust it every so often.

This is made very well. This is a very sturdy unit. It does not wobble. It feels well made. It is easy to put together. It does not require electric. Unfortunately, its worthless. This provides no exercise value. It has no resistance.

Excellent under desk elliptical. Use every day while working. Super quiet- can use during Teams meeting. Added thin non-slip yoga mat underneath to keep in place on tile floor in office. Works perfectly. So glad I purchased- only wish I had found this a year ago!
