Just was delivered. Prime requirement is reliable storage. Hopefully it is. Body is good enough. Is is slow - reformatted into ntfs, and then copy on it large file. Maximum achieved speed is 15 Mb/s which is sloooooow. If device as reliable as I think it should be, I glad I bought it. Time will show if I right. Update: do not reformat it into NTFS - bad idea. If you need to put there files larger than 4 GB - which is unsupported by FAT32 FS, reformat it into exFAT ... show more

Excellent product works with my 2014 GMC Sierra as a Mp3 reader. I currently have 150G go music on it ...it takes a few minutes to load everything but once loaded I can search from Artist / song options. if you want a playlist it will not recognize a "playlist" but is you label a folder Playlist/Rock etc. on the driveI just quick scroll to said playlist folder and listen to the songs I have copied/pasted there. ... show more

This thing is SLOOOOOWWWWWWW! I've had multiple size versions of this for 10+ years. This is the first one that makes me want to, er, write a bad review. It is SO slow. Unbearably. It's got me thinking about micro sd cards, instead. [Update] I finally ditched this POS. I bought a "Corsair Flash Voyager GTX" that seems to be 7x as fast and a few bucks cheaper. Bah!
