I am very pleased with this dinnerware. It looks nice, it's heavy, this size of the bowls and plates is perfect. The only problem is one of the bowls was chipped. The website listed is nonexistent. I called customer service and talked to a representative who was supposed to get back to me and did not. So, their customer service is lacking but I do like their product. Update to my review... I was not contacted by their customer service but today I received a replacement for the chipped bowl. I still love these dishes and happy to report that their customer service came through after all.

The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 sets, so came in 2 separate shipping boxes. At checkout I requested Amazon packaging, so manufacturer’s boxes were packed inside Amazon boxes with extra padding. Just extra insurance and I think made a difference. 8 large plates, 8 salad plates, 8 large bowls, and 8 small bowls ALL arrived unscathed!! Everything in perfect condition with exception of one small bowl with a minor manufacturing flaw (pictured). No big deal. I’m really impressed with quality, color (mint), feel, look and weight of this dinnerware. Haven’t microwaved or washed in d/w yet but will come back and add to my review only if I’m unhappy with either of those processed. Highly recommend!!

UPDATE: After a few months with these dishes I have to dock them a star. Two of the small plates have now cracked unexpectedly, just coming out of the dishwasher. They haven't been dropped or put under any abnormal stress. I contacted customer service after the first one broke (less than a month after purchase) and never heard back. The second one broke last week so I will be contacting them again. Still love the dishes overall but hope I don't have to buy another full set just to replace these defective ones! We've had these for a few days now and we LOVE THEM. We've put them through all the usual rigors (microwaving, dishwasher, sharp utensil use) and they're doing great. Yes, they show scratches from silverware--I've never had a set of dishes that didn't, and this isn't that big of a deal to me. Yes, they are a little dimpled in places and not perfectly smooth; that's part of what I like about them! I saw some reviews from people saying the bottoms stay wet after washing and the water leeches out onto the dishes below. We have not had that problem at all! These are so beautiful and have an artisanal quality to them, but still very affordable and durable. Could not be happier with this purchase.

I love this set because it is hard to find a dinnerware set without mugs that look good not to mention being a double bowl set. They fit in the dishwasher perfect and I don't have a huge expensive dishwasher. Just a normal dishwasher. That was something I was worried about when buying due to dishes having varying shapes. They look beautiful in person and they arrived in perfection condition. They are strong and easy to clean. I just scrap them into the trash and do not rinse them. I'm honestly not sure what to put here so I'll focus on going through answering questions about this product. I spent weeks looking at different dinnerware sets and I looked into these before I bought them so they are just exactly what I expected. I ordered two sets and I'll be picking up a third as a backup

These are really beautiful bowls. I bought them initially because I love the look of pottery and wanted plates with more of an edge to keep my rice dishes on the plate. They hold up well in the dishwasher and I really do love the size of the large dinner plates. My beef with this set is that they chip VERY easily. I tapped one of the bowls against the faucet while I was rinsing it out and it already chipped. You have to be really careful when stacking these in your cupboard because the uneven edges could easily catch on the natural grooves of the dish below it. Unlike some others have mentioned, I haven't had many issues with the unglazed bottom. The pottery has spots of moisture when I take them out of the dishwasher but they don't seem to create any condensation inside of the dishes when I put them away. For how much I paid for this set, I feel like I could have bought a nicer quality handmade set from CB2 or West Elm for maybe $20 more. I mean it's a nice dinner set and it feels like I'm one step closer to being a Real Adult™️, but I can see myself having to replace this in a year or two.

I really like this dish set. The bowls are pretty deceiving & hold more than they look however the small ones are more for dessert. They are unglazed & for me the scuffing & drying issue others mention is not a problem. I do hand wash my dishes & leave them out for a while before putting them away though. My only qualm is that my utensils are Matte black & scratch the surfaces with every use. It’s not a big enough issue for me, but it is pretty noticeable. I don’t know if they will still scratch with normal silverware.
