I got the first set for my wedding a year ago, opened them just a couple weeks ago and loved them so much that bought a second set. Before getting the second one I read some not so nice reviews but went ahead with it. Love the feel and the color. But be aware… using knives on them will scratch or leave marks as seen in my pictures. I also noticed some other weird marks and when reaching out to the company they said hearing certain foods could cause that (?). So, apart from that. Love them ... show more

Quality dish set. I didn’t realize it had a light blue stripe of color on the outer design. However I really love the shape. Dishwasher safe! Haven’t noticed any chipping so far.

Okay so I got these plates in today and have a few comments. So first, of the smaller plates two of ours have blue specks rather than black. I looked through the photos and saw no plates with blue specks, so that was a surprise and should be advertised in the future. I’m still happy with them and it fits with our look but I was surprised. Our bowls also have a little blue strip which I also didn’t see in the advertised photos. They seem good quality, but the bottom is unsealed so if you have textural issues that may bug you. The bottom is also very ugly. It’s a tan color whereas the rest of the plate is glazed black. Overall for close to $100 I’d expect these things to be taken care of. But overall I’m fine with them. ... show more

I liked the way this set looked online, but they don’t pass muster on person. Speckles in the design aren’t flush with the rest of the bowl/plate, they’re recessed. This makes them harder to clean and more likely for a utensil to catch and mark/chip. The finish is woefully inadequate for daily use. These pictures depict the scratches that resulted after eating a single meal with a spoon. I tried a magic eraser to make sure it wasn’t just marks from the spoon… no dice- every meal is going to mark this set. Cheap Corelle holds up much, much better than this. ... show more

Love the look of the plates, but after using the plates, the cutlery leaves scratch marks on the plates and bowls. If you scramble eggs, the fork will leave behind scratches. Do not like that look at all. It’s a shame, they are nice looking

The media could not be loaded. Let me start off by saying these are BEAUTIFUL dishes. Heavy and not cheap looking. The problem is they scratch easy. I have not had them very long and they are starting to look old already. Is a shame because they are so cute.

Was a little scared that they were gonna come shattered but they were packaged amazingly. I love how it has an artisan feel to it with the uneven edges. They are heavy so I’m hoping that they’re durable in the long run. They are super cute!

I love the color and texture of this set. They are dishwasher/microwave safe and I have no trouble doing either to get them clean or warming something. As the title indicated it is a heavier set in the classic stoneware sense. Food is well presented on them for those who are into that sort of thing. I like the 2 sizes in bowls; it comes in handy when you just want a little bit! They stack well in the cabinet and I will enjoy this set for years to come. ... show more
