This is a great drone! My only complaint is how fast it runs out of battery. I got 3 batteries, but they go a little quickly. That said, the thing is awesome. You can fly in 3 different modes, slow (camera), normal, and sport mode. Sport has the safety features turned off and cruises! The safety features are actually why I bought this drine, because I like to fly low and near trees and my house. Honestly, I use it to try to find my cat's when the run off. It has great omnidirectional object detection, 360 degrees as well as un and down. The guards on the propellers are great, but I haven't run into anything yet. With my other drone, I ran into things a lot, including tree branches and my garage. This little guy will stop if you try to run it into something. It also has a little "radar" display, showing your proximity to surrounding objects. The charger does NOT come with a USB adapter. I got a 60watt adapter which allows the batteries to charge faster, and more than 1 at a time. It works with lower power adapters, but not as fast. The drone is smaller compared to my other one, and very light. It feels almost like a toy, but light weight is really the idea. It's very agile and maneuverable too! There is also no case for it, so you might want to buy one. Oh, and compared to my other drone, this thing is ready to fly almost as soon as it powers up! Also, I have never needed to calibrate it. All in all, I love this drone. I just wish it had a longer battery life. ... show more

Fast and easy to deploy. So many features such as selfie mode, follow me, gesture control, voice control or you can go “old school” and use a controller. You can launch and land this sucker in your hand and have it follow you like a little puppy 😊. A few features I would like it to have are digital zoom and a panoramic mode. As the title says, its a drone that can really do it all. Selfie drone, landscape shots, and FPV. Its also very portable and I feel safer using this drone since its pretty well protected all around. The camera is better than i expected. Not the best camera out of the drones but still really good. The only downside is the battery life which usually last me around 10mins. Highly recommend getting the fly more combo that comes with extra batteries. Great drone overall. Highly recommend. If you already have drones, the Neo 2 is a nice edition to have for the quick shots. ... show more

Love this drone, it’s my favorite and I actually use it a lot. I’ve had a Dji drone for about 10 years, and use it occasionally. This one is amazing because it’s small enough to take everywhere, and convenient to fly, even without a remote. To be honest I doubt I’ll really use the remote much, but the availability is great. Flight time is around 12 min with the guards and antenna, but I rarely find I actually fly that long. The presets are great and it takes great selfies, adjusting to the size of the group, even in high winds. Obstacle avoidance is pretty amazing when it’s following me, and I’ve had it correct my mistakes a few times. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t actually arrive as the US is not playing well with Chinese companies right now, but it came in actually a few days early, and as described. Buy it. ... show more

The Neo2 take everything that was great about the Neo1 and improves upon it. Obstacle avoidance is better. And the gesture control is absolute sorcery. This drone is the gateway drug to a fun hobby. This is a great place to start for those that are new to drones. What a great little gadget at such a low risk price point. Definitely get the Fly more combo, as the batteries drain fairly quick.     • Great concept - Poor results
Size: DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo
I have both the DJI Mini 2 SE and the NEO (version 1, I guess we should call it). NEO 1 works perfectly as does the Mini 2 SE. No problems with either one. Then I see this NEO 2 - advanced obstacle avoidance better camera, balance, etc., but when I launch it it behaves very weirdly. No forward or backward control, No sideways control. When I try to land it it jerks suddenly left or right. CONSTANT firmware updates - like EVERY time I turn it on there is another update. I was able to fly it about 50yds. out and then it suddenly just stalled. I had to walk the 50yds. to retrieve it (which at my age and physical condition was not easy - but that's my problem, not DJI's -- all the same). Imagine if I had flown it further?? Talking with other people who have owned this NEO 2 our consensus is that this was a model that was rushed to market, and therefore sort of a Beta version. A really great concept if only DJI could bring it to fruition and have it perform as reliably as the NEO (1) and the Mini 2 SE. By the time they sort out the issues with the NEO 2 there will probably be a NEO 3 (along with it's own Beta issues?). DJI - Please fix these issues. I love the concept of the NEO 2 and have already invested in extra batteries and other accessories. I just want a functional NEO 2 as advertised. I'll hang on to my invested accessories (and cut my losses if need be) hoping that there will eventually be a truly functional NEO 2. ... show more
