For the second year in a row, I have heard from my eye doctor that I need to use wet warm compresses on my eyes to help warm and soothe my tear ducts for my mature dry eyes. I tried his warm wet compresses suggestion in the past and was not a fan of liquid running down my neck while I laid on the couch. The compresses never stayed warm long enough for it to seem like it was doing any benefit, I thought, and my follow-through was spotty. When I saw this Heativa heated eye mask, it seemed like it might be a good solution for me. I like that it is easy to charge up and I especially appreciate that it will turn off after 15 minutes because the combination of warmth, light blocking, and soothing feeling sometimes causes me to drift off for an afternoon catnap. I’m a lifelong migraineur who has mostly used ice packs for pain management, but I have to say, this heat therapy mask feels really relaxing. The warmth level is consistent throughout the entire session. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the rechargeable style because it will have to be placed in my travel carryon since rechargeable batteries can’t go in checked luggage, but I have to admit, it’s nice not to have an electrical cord dangling down the side of my neck when lying down for the timed duration. I appreciate that the operation couldn’t be simpler: no complicated operating system that I had to run and find the instruction manual first. Just turn on for low, tap again for medium, again for highest temperature. One long press turns it back off. And for those of us (it’s me!) who can get distracted and lose track of how many times we’ve pressed the button, they thoughtfully have color coded lights for each heat mode, a nice benefit for me. I don’t love the strap that goes around the back of my head, but I understand why it’s needed to hold the mask closer to the treatment area, and it provides a very customizable fit with its sliding clasp. On the downside, it leaves a horizontal crease line in the back of my hair but it’s a lot more preferable to water running down my neck. I appreciate that satin was used on the facial side instead of something like felt or microfiber, since both can be harsher on brittle mature lashes. Using satin is a lot kinder to the delicate lash area, and it slides against weak lashes instead of breaking them. I’m pleased that I’m able to remove the outer covering to clean it, thus keeping the mask sanitary. For clarity, this Heativa Heated Eye Mask is NOT to be used as a sleep mask or used on someone who is sleeping or unconscious, and the user manual is clear on that.

I had hip replacement surgery several years ago, and I still get some soreness when I overdo it. I decided to try this heating/massage hip pad for some relief. It works fairly well and fit's my 6'3" frame and 33" waist just fine. The rechargeable battery lasts for a few hours on medium setting, which is about as long as I'd want to wear it. Of course it will run longer if plugged in. The controls are easy to use. I wills ay that the heating works better tan the "massage". The vibration for the massage feature is not very strong. Even with that, this is a good value for a hip heating pad and I do recommend it.

I have migraines often and sometimes applying heated gel pads help but are a pain keeping warm. This eye mask stays warm without effort so it is a big win. It does not come with a charge out of the box but doesn't take long to charge. Its easy to use and stays in place and is comfortable.

I ordered and received the heated eye mask. I have been getting terrible cluster migraines. Ice makes them worse so I tried heat. I was using a heating pad which was as hard as it sounds. This eye mask is perfect. It has an auto shut off so I use it to fall asleep. Its rechargeable and holds a charge for a good amount of time. I have had it a couple months and charged maybe 2X. This has helped so much with my headaches
