I LOVE these little wrist ice pack wraps! I have a small fracture on my wrist & I have been wanting something for the pain & swelling. I found these & they are perfect! I love that it is a pack of 2 so when I'm done with one, you ice it & use the next. They are sooooo cold that I have to 1st use it over my brace & when it warms up, I can put it directly on my wrist. It brings amazing comfort. Super easy to attach, soft on the skin. I also love that if I need a heat pack it can convert to warmth. I HIGHLY Recommend.

These appear to be fairly well made and are somewhat helpful but after trying to use them a couple of times, I've wished I hadn't purchased them. I needed something I could wrap around my hand, specifically for the base of my thumb/inside of my palm. These are a little thicker than I thought they would be and as a result, they don't wrap as well as I'd hoped and the surface of the skin that's actually in contact with the pack ends up being somewhat loose and uneven. The other issue is that when you first take them out of the freezer, they are uncomfortably cold if placed directly on the skin, but they don't hold the level of cold for very long so if I put something between the pack and my skin when I first wrap it around my hand, within a fairly short period, it's no longer cold enough to penetrate through very effectively. They might work better if being used on a body part like an arm, ankle, etc., where it doesn't need to be folded as tightly as it needs to be to go around my hand. Not a bad product, just maybe not the best one for my particular need.

I had wrist surgery awhile ago and have been dealing with a lot of soreness and swelling. I had previously been putting ice in a zip lock baggie, but it was kind of a hassle as I had to prop my wrist up on a pillow to stabilize it without moving to keep it in place. I was browsing Amazon and came across this reusable gel pack specifically designed for your wrist. What's nice about it, is that it has a thumb opening that loops around your thumb and then wraps around your wrist with a velcro adhesive closure to keep in place. No more worrying about leaking baggies or trying to keep an ice pack in place; just wrap the gel pack around your wrist and go about your business. I recommend to anyone in search of a hassle-free, reusable gel pack, specifically designed for your wrist.

I saw this wrist, ice pack, and thought it would be good while I’m working. It is very comfortable and convenient, but the only drawback is it only stays cold for about eight minutes. In which the average time to ice, your injury is 20, which does not suffice. So if you’re looking for something that’s going to stay cold longer this product I would not suggest.

I recently started suffering from a carpal tunnel flareup. After getting no sleep for several nights, I decided to purchase these ice packs. They have been an amazing help with icing my wrists and being able to wrap them by myself without assistance. I highly recommend them if you are having a carpal tunnel syndrome issue. They are really soft easy to apply and don’t get excessively cold just cold enough to make the swelling go down. They are as comfortable as they can be considering their ice packs and it still hurts a little bit the size and fit and durability seem like they are going to last for a while

The ice pack is gel very good quality, flexible covers thumb area up to half of your arm (depending on your length of arm, wears comfortably you can still be mobile with it. I had a wrist injury and the ice pack helped a lot. After I placed in the freezer for about 2 hours the gel was not hard it was flexible and very cold. Even though it is intended for the hand/wrist it can be used if needed on the ankle, or lay it on your shoulder its long enough. The coldness lasted about 40 min or so. The velcro holds well. good value for your money. Once done just place it back in the freezer (I have inside a zip lock bag)
