I finally pulled the trigger on replacing my 10 year old heating pad and this was definitely worth it. I bought this specifically to address period back pain but admittedly use it in my work chair whenever I need to feel cozy. Machine washable feature is great since my cat likes to steal this when I walk away from it. Heats up fast and doesn't burn the absolute shit out of me. I enjoy the 6 different heating options and the cord is long enough so that I don't have to be directly next to an outlet to use it. The straps are really handy as I tend to move around in my chair/bed a lot and this lets you to use the entirety of the heating pad surface while keeping it in place. This heating pad is pretty good. I like that you can wrap it around you and Velcro it, and it’s not uncomfortable. I wish it got a little hotter, but I’m sure there are regulations with that. All around, good product. Would recommend.

The heating pad is a good size. I bought it to stay in place around my waist which it does well but also around my legs and arms and that is rather problematic because it I have to be creative to move the velcro around so the two pieces reach one another because the velcro will not attach to the actual heating pad and that was what I really needed. The softness is good but it would be best if it was really soft on one side and the other side would adhere to the velcro. ... show more

Very comfortable fabric. Excellent heat. Lightweight (not counting the cord and controller). Very basic controller. On/Off, and heat level. No timer. Controller interface is on the bottom, if worn to the right. Top ,if worn to the left. Better if the plug in to your right. The belt, however, is annoying. On the plus side, it's wide, so it's holds very securely. Also, the female velcro belt is elasticized, so there's some stretch for comfort. The male velcro is very sticky. Very easy to tack to the female velcro. But it sticks to the pad's fabric just as easily. The male velcro is also very stiff. Making bending an issue as it digs into my stomach. Still undecided about the end tab of the female velcro. On one hand, it provides a nice grip when you put it one. On the other, it irritates my skin if I wear the pad without a shirt. Still a great wearable heating pad for the lower back. The last annoying thing is the huge tags that were sewn into the pad. Good thing as the consumer, I can legally tear those off. ... show more

I just received my pad and immediately plugged it in hoping I got different results from other reviews I read. 1. 6 settings. #6 is hot. 2. Becareful because the plug adapter on the pad GETS VERY HOT TOUCH. -i can not touch it w my fingers. 3. The straps are great. But in the way for me because I'm using it on my arm. I honestly thought it wld wrap great but it dont. Around the waist for the back or stomach wld be perfect 👌. But i need it for my arm. 4. The pad is sooooo soft. I love that. 5. Easy to use. Simple 3 buttons. Up down and power. 6. Cord its long and allows seating movement ...Man this thing gets hot. Im sittn here loving this on my arm. Helps my hypersensitivity and excruciating pain after ulnar nerve entrapment surgery. Although I'm not using this as it it meant for larger wrapping, I really like this improvision for my arm. Lastly, Becareful n don't get burned Update: this is really superb 👌 the heat is giving 🔥. Idk how ppl are complaining about it not hot enough. I feel it through layers.
