I use this on trips because I have some disc problems. It does not get as warm as the type that can be heated in the microwave and doesn't cover as much area of my neck, but it is helpful. It can be easily plugged into a computer while working at a desk too.

I don't know about you, but a regular heating pad never stays well on my neck. If I move, the whole heating pad moves and I'm constantly rearranging. This neck pad is perfect. Easy to wear and gets hot! I only use the middle setting because it gets so hot. If only it were cordless.

I purchased this product to provide warmth to my neck during pain or illness. However, it only warms a specific section of my neck and unexpectedly turns off on its own. I'd like to return it. Also it is very small!!

Saved me at work. Have pain running up neck and into back of my head . This thing fit well and was really helpful towards the end of the day at my computer. Plugs into the usb and heats up fast. It turns itself off after 20 minutes or so, which is good, and then just easily restart it. Medium setting is good. Hot is really toasty. It even looks pretty good. Clean lines and like a light felt texture with magnet in front to hold it closed. Nice design and quality, recommend.
