Used this to pull a sail shade super tight from the far post shown in picture. Worked great! Was also super easy to take down prior to the hurricane force winds we had a few weeks back. The only thing I noticed is that after spoolng up the entire wire, some of the plastic coating was damaged and now there are cracks in it, but wire still holding strong even after adding lights and more tension the 2nd time putting it up. ... show more

This product was easy to install and set, but we did have an issue where one of the winches was not locking right. I sent them a note and I had a complete new set on my doorstep within a couple of days. I didn’t have to take down our shade sail completely and send back all of the parts of the old set before getting a new set which was wonderful. We just got the new one and replaced the old one and we were good to go. I winch set up is so easy to install.
