We haven't used the tub yet because it was sent without the filter or filter hub. Bestway says it's on the way. Don't believe the variety of videos available on Amazon or YouTube, as they don't tell you how bad and useless the directions for assembling are and they are not complete. They are also probably not the tub you have ordered. There are dozens of models. Nothing is labeled. Yes, it seems simple and it should be. The key item needed to inflate the tub is not labeled nor is it mentioned in the "instruction book". There are separate pieces of paper in the 5-6 boxes that were shipped that give you different vital information. One important one has the serial number of your tub that is not identified on the box it was in. You need that to register the tub and then to file a claim for missing items. Some instructions are on the small plastic bag that contained an unlabeled part. It is chaotic. At no time is there a 1-2-3 organization of putting this "simple" item together. I hope we like and enjoy it, but who knows?

It heats up well, but the filter needs changed every 3-4 days! It also has trippled my electric bill. I love the hot tub, but i don't love having to buy new filters every few days, and I dont love my electric bill sky rocketing. Ive even tried turning the filter off during the hot parts of the day, and only use the filter at night, but my electric bill is still double what it was before having the hot tub. If I had to buy one again, I'd Definitely try looking for something that had a better energy rating. I would not recommend this to a friend. It costs too much to keep.

Tub is visually attractive and the material is very nice and thick. Upon unpacking I was excited and felt we had made a great purchase. Unfortunately our tub had 2 issues: the air piping inside the tub itself was leaking air causing deflation. After inspecting the tub and doing the "soapy water" method, it was realized it was a manufacturing problem. We also noted that the valve on the bottom of the water line was not secure and water was pooling under the tub. We tried to contact customer service and was never able to speak with a representative. After 2 days of unsuccessful calls We decided watch some YouTube videos and most stated that you need to use liquid weld on basically the entire air components system as well as other "fixes" that seemed to be the standard with these inflatables. The product is very difficult to return (to box up) - once we did get it packed up and shipped back to the seller we were hit with $300 in restocking fees. Buyer beware.

Awful. Simply awful. Had a bad motor. Had to make a warranty claim. While waiting on motor the return date closed. Received motor and works great. Inflated and it leafed down after first night. Ordered round tub and received oval cover. Now nothing can be done. Very unhappy with purchase.

The product arrived severely damaged, including both the inflatable lid and the heavy-duty Coleman lid. The exterior box was intact, so the damage clearly originated at the manufacturer. When I contacted Coleman, they repeatedly requested photos, which I promptly provided. After following up again yesterday, I was told the replacement parts were out of stock—but that I could purchase new items for over $250 with a 10-week lead time. When I clarified this was a warranty claim, they stated they had no record of it. Extremely poor product quality and even worse customer support. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
