I’ve been using this hot tub for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its ease of setup and portability. With just two people, we were able to move it to our backyard effortlessly. One of the standout features is its versatility with power options; it can run on a 110-volt plug or switch to a 30 or 50 amp 220-volt plug, which is perfect for cold climates or if you want to run the pump and heater simultaneously. I initially ran it on 110 volts but would have opted for a 30 or 50 amp if I had known about its switchable capability. Another great feature is the use of the Frog @ease SmartChlor system, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. I recommend purchasing the kit beforehand if you want to start using it immediately. The only minor issue I’ve encountered is that the mold seems slightly off, possibly due to how it was stored. The front cup holder is tilted, and there’s a slight bulge on the top front, but it hasn’t affected the functionality.All other side are square it’s just the front that seems to be formed wrong. Overall, my wife and I thoroughly enjoy the hot tub. Considering the features and quality, it’s an excellent value for the price, offering great jets, lights, and a waterfall. You could replace five other hot tubs for the cost of this one, making it a fantastic unit.

Awesome Hot Tub! Purchased this cautiously as I wasn't sure what to expect from a hot tub purchased online but this has far exceeded our expectations. It took 3 adults and a pair of hand trucks to get it to the back of the house from the driveway but once we got it in place it was so easy to set up. Only took a little over an hour to fill up with water and heated up very fast. The seats are so comfortable and the jets were really nice. You can adjust the power of the jets by turning the knobs. The waterfall feature is probably one of my favorite parts. It's so relaxing. Sometimes we just sit there with the jets off and the waterfall on and it's so tranquil. We've easily fit 5 adults in the hot tub very comfortably. The size of the hot tub was definitely better than expected. The value that we got for this hot tub is amazing. The cover also is very sturdy and strong. We've enjoyed our hot tub almost nightly since we received it and are looking forward to continuing to use it in the future.

I waited 15 years to buy a hot tub. I was reluctant because I read with plug and play tubs the heaters and pumps and not powerful enough. I absolutely love this thing and decided to finally write a review. The jets are great, holds temperature even here in SE Michigan, currently 15° outside, no issues.

LIFESMART not only have the Quality and the Competitive Prices but their Technology is Fantastic!!! Our Grandson accidently Drained our LifeSmart Tub but he Left it on so the Heater and the Pump were Running as the Tun Emptied. We were away and just Returned Home expecting the Pump and the Heater would have burned out but whatever Chips they put in their System saved the Unit from Burning Out. We refilled it and it Started Right up and to be Honest, as Seniors on a Fixed Income, I am writing this with Tears in my Eyes; I am THAT Grateful!!! Thank you LifeSmart ... Unbelievably GREAT!!!
