The first delivery truck that came out was a 40+' semi that was definitely not going up our steep 1 mile long gravel driveway (we had outlined all this in our delivery instructions and spoke to the dispatcher about the type of truck needed when he called us to schedule, anything up to a 28' box truck we told him would make it). In fact that driver had a heck of a time just turning around on the main road. Custom Hot Tubs stepped in and had it delivered to one of their retailers in SC who brought it up to the top of our mountain in NC on a flat bed trailer and dropped it off with no charge to us. They also called afterwards to make sure everything was okay with the delivery. Very Classy! It actually sat outside in it's crate for almost a month before we could get the local hot tub store to install it for us with no ill effects. The tub itself is perfect for our deck looking over the Great Smoky's. I really like the ease of adjustment of the jets with the large rings around them, but they can almost be too easy at times as I will sometimes hit one with my shoulder and change the setting. Overall though a high quality tub with great customer service. Can highly recommend...

Great looking hot tub, heats quickly, looks great and feels great while inside. The only negative (hence 4 stars) is that the cover is complete junk for cold weather climate. Rain water would accumulate in the middle and the cover would sag in multiple places and the cover does not provide for good insulation. I had to spend another $500 for a new cover (I am in New Jersey btw).

Well built, low profile, great looking. The neck pillows double as seats. The outside is very attractive. The inside is so well built, much nicer than the Costco hot tub we had for a decade. Super easy to install - we had it filled up and were relaxing in it same day! Loads of different jet types on each seat. Fun light show. Highly recommended! Be aware the installation book that comes with it doesn’t have this tub in it, it’s so new.

I am new to the hot tub world and was skeptical about buying one new. I had been searching for months looking for a great hot tub with a simple layout, a reputable brand and history for being durable. This one caught my eye right away. We thoroughly researched reviews, feedback, etc... and found no unreasonable information to steer us away from this brand. Here is where I am very happy with choosing Comfort Hot Tub... after setting up and installing the hot tub, several issues were notable immediately. I sent an email describing the situations and within an hour or 2 I received an email from a rep that was eager to assist and resolve the problems. Without getting into details I want to express how engaged they were in not only coming up with a solution but going above and beyond to make it right. Comfort Hot Tub has the Gold Standard when it comes to customer service! Mistakes happen in manufacturing and every once in a while defects and/or abnormalities can slip through the cracks BUT great customer service is a choice and is rare these days. I can't express enough how well I was treated, communicated with and mutually agreed upon solutions were made in a timely manner! My hats off to the amazing team at Comfort Hot Tub!

I’d like to share that the purchase of my first hot tub was quite the process with a lot of moving parts. I’m an HR professional for a Fortune 100 company and I cannot stress the sheer lack of spare time I have let alone when things don’t go according to plan. The Comfort Hot Tubs team came to my rescue when they learned about a delivery rescheduling nightmare I experienced that lasted a week in which I would need to be present. I had an electrician and movers scheduled to get to work once the hot tub arrived only to learn it was postponed by RoadRunner the delivery company. This caused me to incur a hefty fee for wasting the movers’ time essentially. Once the hot tub was delivered, I received a follow up call from Nick at Comfort Hot Tubs (I believe the owner), to check in with me and learn about my experience. To my surprise Nick was very professional and I could tell my story didn’t sit well with him. Nick made sure that I was compensated for the trouble and provided additional funds for the ordeal and the impact it had on my family and work schedule. The prompt response was commendable and Nick has even ensured I had everything I needed to be set up for success. This was such a positive turn around from how things started. I needed this hot tub after a bad car accident, so Nick’s quick and decisive actions very much eased the mental anguish as a result of the delivery miscommunications/delays. Thank you so much for making me feel like FAMILY!
