Button quail love this!
I have many birds as pets and always looking for things that can make them happier. Well, this bedding is one of them for sure. They totally and literally DIG IT! Odor control is not bad, but to be honest, these little birds can be stinkers and I clean their habitat daily. I am making my own assumptions here, saying that my birds like the darker color, the textures (it’s really soft!) and the different sizes of the bedding they can find. It goes from very fine (not dusty) to some pieces about the size of a dime. Will keep using this. Look how all birds are on the area that has this bedding only. Amazing! ... show more

Great
Was useful for what I needed. There was a lot more dust than chunks I originally thought it would be. So I had to sift out the dust to use the chunks in my mouse enclosure. Other than that it's great! Could actually use the dustier bits for tarantula enclosures. Really good price for such a giant bag! Minus a star because the bag does not reseal. ... show more

Alternate Litter
I'm a big fan of coconut coir as a sustainable resource, and I use it in potting as a replacement for peat moss so I'm familiar with how absorbent it is. I've actually wondered before if I could use it for litter for my rabbit, so I was excited to try this. It comes as a mix of fine coir and coir chunks, with a small bag of activated charcoal you mix in when you change the litter for odor control. The charcoal baggie is a nice touch. I was a little afraid my rabbit wouldn't like the texture, but he has no problems with it and used his litterbox as usual right away. I'm only on day three, but three is no smell and it seems to be doing its job great. The only reason I probably won't to a 100% switch to it is the price. As of review, it is 20L for 26 USD, but for a huge bag of wood pellets I can pay five usd. ... show more

Outstanding odor control!
I’ve been using this bedding in my hamsters habitat, and it has really great over control. She has a specific spot that she likes to use as her potty and I have not needed to clean that nearly as often as I used to. I can actually go a few weeks in between cleaning out that spot. I just cleared out with a shovel and then add more of his bedding and she’s good to go for a while. The stuff is like magic. ... show more

Easy and Works Well
This bedding works really well. I wish there was more charcoal because that additive really helps with the smell. We use it for our bunny and are very pleased with the product.

Good product
Really good but only issue I have is its very powdery. Maybe I just got a bad batch but if you are okay with that its actually good and lessen odor smell.
