This nesting box has been a good buy so far. It feels sturdy and holds up well, which was important to me since a lot of chicken gear can feel flimsy. The metal construction seems solid and it feels like it should last. The chickens took to it well, which is really what matters most. They seem comfortable using it, and having the separate compartments helps keep things organized and makes egg collection easier. Overall, I’m happy with it. Not very pleased with this box. I purchased because I bought this same box before and everything went together very well. This one should have came with six panels not five to accommodate the middle nesting box. No matter what we did the middle would not fit. We had to flip the outside panels backwards for most of the centers to fit properly. One of the centers was still off and we couldn’t get it to fit so my husband cut me a board for one of my nesting boxes. It works just frustrated that you pay this kind of money for something and the company doesn’t take the time to ensure everything is accurate. And not to mention almost 3 hours of my time trying to make it all work. ... show more

A little weird on the assembly, but it feels sturdy, good quality, and spacious when fully put together. It looks pretty good, the color combinations are fun, and the thickness of the metal is light enough to carry but strong enough to bu supportive. Overall good functionality for what it was.

Easy to put together- had to verify a few instructions with images and a little logic… not bad at all though. Just put in coop and we will see how the ladies like it. I was worried about size of boxes but they’re actually standard sizes.

Don’t waste your money. Our girls refuse to use these boxes. We have 18 chickens and they all crowd into the 4 old boxes rather than use these. The perch is way too slippery and they don’t seem to like it. We tried to replace the top perch with wood but it was too much for the flimsy brackets. Also be careful there are many sharp edges when you are putting it together. Even after reading the reviews I ended up with a cut on my leg maneuver it by myself to put it together. ... show more
