Ever since my wife developed some mobility issues, I've been the chef for the last three years. As it turned out, I'm pretty good at it and I'm told that I turn out some very tasty dishes. Over this period, I not only experiment with food, spices and the way to prepare them, but also the tools that actually do the work. I've found out that the right tools always make for a more flavorful dish but also makes the prep and cleanup to go quicker and easier. I've tried iron skillets which I've found to be too heavy to use consistently, too hard to clean afterwards, without adding any noticeable benefits. At least from what I'm preparing. I've tried expensive, steel cookware with the same results, except those weigh much less than iron. I've been using two, expensive 12-inch skillets, that are non-stick but after two years, they're not nearly as non-sticking as they were. With that in mind I saw and then ordered these COOKSMARK Ceramic Pots and Pans Set Nonstick set. These come in white, 10 pieces, and the non-sticking is ceramic coating on aluminum. This makes for some very lightweight pots and pans. The set includes 8” & 9.5” omelet pans, 1.8QT/2.4QT/2.5QT lidded saucepans, and a 5.2QT lidded casserole pot. The lids also fit the skillets and they are vented. The listing states that this cookware set is PFOA, PTFE, Lead and Cadmium Free. The pans feature dual-riveted hollow stainless-steel handles that stay cool when cooking. The listing states that they are compatible with all stovetops including gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, oven safe up to 450℉ and dishwasher safe. I have been using these daily for a couple of weeks and I wash them by hand and haven't used the oven yet. I have a glass top electric stove, and they have cooked wonderfully since the first day. I'm very impressed with how easy they are to clean, because nothing sticks. They cook evenly and a bit quicker than my previous skillets. They are very attractive to look at and very sturdy to use. At first, I thought that the aluminum lightweight made them feel a bit cheap, but cooking with them and cleaning them quickly changed my mind. My only complaint is that they didn't come with a 12" skillet, but I'll look to see if one is available. A good value.

I’m definitely not the cook in the family. I do however, have three women in the household that loves to cook, and pretty good at it. I ordered the COOKSMARK set because the description met a lot of the criteria that the wife adheres to. Quality non-stick ceramic cookware sets are free of toxic materials such as; PTFE, PFOA, lead, and heavy metals like cadmium. The advertisement states that this set is safe from these toxic materials (of course, I always take that information with a grain of salt). But apparently ceramic cookware is generally considered safer, than a lot of other types of cookware. Cast iron, and stainless steel seem to be the safest, but also come with their own draw backs. Ceramic cookware has a glossy surface made from a silica sol-gel (derived from sand), giving it that non-stick surface. This is a full 10-piece set, containing pretty much every thing you could need to prepare various meals. Aesthetically, they are a really beautiful set, with stainless steel double riveted handles, and stainless-steel edges, that gives them a classy expensive look. The bottom of each item has a metallic surface, that aides in the even distribution of heat. This makes this set really very durable, so long as you abide by certain usage restrictions, one of which is excessive heat. The non-stick surface is very easy to clean. All lids are see through glass, with stainless steel handles, for easy monitoring of food cooking, and a clean grab on the lids. Overall, a very classy looking set, that the wife loves so far. Well worth the money, and I would recommend them.

We were looking for a good non-stick cookware set and we definitely found it here with COOKSMARK! This beautiful set includes three sauce pans, two omelette pans, and a casserole pot. There are also four glass lids with comfortable handles. These days you can't get away from various foods that are supposedly bad for you – seed oils, GMO, artificial sweeteners, etc. But what about the pans you use to cook everything? Well it turns out that many traditional pans use chemicals to make them non-stick, or you end up spraying your own chemicals that may or may not be healthy. Therein lies the benefit of using ceramic coated cookware – it is generally chemical-free and completely non-toxic. With these COOKSMARK ceramic pots and pans the food just slides right off. Even the most stubborn overcooked spots take minimal effort to clean. Just remember not to use cool/cold water on hot ceramic as it could crack the finish. The set is very lightweight with an excellent base design that really distributes the heat well. The glass lids are lower profile than some others we've used which gives you more room in your cupboards. The quality is absolutely superb, including the hollowed handles that don't burn your hands. This isn't the cheapest set you'll find online, but you get what you pay for. In this case you get a beautiful, premium set of cookware that will impress anyone that sees it. Happy to recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with the appearance and the quality of this cookware set. I especially like the white color because there’s no guessing whether you have got your pans clean. All of the pans have hollow forged stainless steel steel handles, which will not stay cool while cooking, but they will cool down faster than solid stainless. I haven’t had them long enough to determine how durable ceramic is. It does not look too thick, but as long as I don’t use any sharp metal utensils, or abrasive, scrub pads, the polish surfaces should maintain their nonstick ability. One of the things that I particularly like is the machining on the lip of all the pans. Instead of being parallel, their machine and an angle, which should reduce liquids from running down the sides if you pour anything out of them. The glass covers have a vent in them and the stainless steel frame around the outside is very thick so I won’t be so worried about accidentally dropping one. The other nice thing about the lids is though they don’t fit as well as they do on the sauce pans they also will fit the frying pans, which is something it always seems to be lacking and cookware sets. The only thing I can complain about, is the same problem with most all cookware sets and that is that if you want extra pans or specialty pans, they’re not available outside of buying another set

I've been using this set of cookware for a few weeks, now - and I cook at least 5 days a week. These are a clone of a $350 Calphalon ceramic-clad set (it may actually just be a rebrand of the same set). And they're GREAT. Honestly, I'm very happy with these. They're dishwasher safe, very nonstick, and (important to me) oven safe. They have a good weight to them and the handles don't get too hot during use. I used the small skillet (pictured) to make fried eggs this morning, and it's almost completely clean after just a wipe with a paper towel. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on how "nonstick" ceramic clad cookware can be, so I wasn't expecting too much at first. But after a few weeks of use, I'm thoroughly convinced. I've made everything from burgers to pan pizza in these, and they clean up looking just as good as new. They have a great feel to them (good weight, very balanced) and a nice plate on the bottom for even heat retention. I also really like that the handles are held on with heavy rivets rather than just screws. These are an excellent replacement for my old Teflon-coated set. Very happy with them.

This is a nice set of pots and pans. I like the design of them. The rim is wide and angled (down towards the interior) and smoothly finished. That combined with the tight-fitting lids makes for sputter free cooking. The thing I noticed about this set is that none of the pieces are particularly large, No way could I cook 6 chicken breast at the same time. Size-wise though it is ideal for preparing meals for up to 4 people. The finish of the set is gorgeous. The interiors and exteriors are a sparkly, almost pearlescent white. The polished lip adds a nice accent. The lids are heavy and tightly fit the pots and pans. The handles of the pans and lids are highly polished, cast stainless steel. Overall, the style of the set is upscale and elegant. Cleanup is a breeze. Nothing sticks to these pans. They clean up quickly and look like they were just taken out of the box. I don’t have an induction range, but I did test the bases and they are indeed magnetic. So, no matter the type stove you have, this set will work perfectly. On design feature I really like is the high, straight sides of the pans. This makes it easier to prepare larger amount of food without worrying about it spilling over the sides. It’s an attractive, well-designed set. Whether it's on the stove or hanging from an overhead rack, this set looks fantastic (almost furutistic) and does a great job at mean prep. Very nice!!

I really love these pans, especially the frying pans nothing sticks to them. I literally put a piece of cheese on it and it browned it beautifully without sticking. I have also made eggs which slip right off of the surface. I am thrilled so far. My only complaint is how it was shipped to me. It was literally just packaged in an unmarked bag. Everything was wrapped in another bag on its own but you would think this would come in a box. Leaves too much room to get damaged in shipping. Not docking it for bad packaging though just thought I’d warn people. These are so easy to clean I was worried the color would show wear quickly but so far they look brand new still. They don’t stain with tomato or turmeric either. These are quality durable pots and pans. I highly recommend.

It was time to upgrade my very old favorite set of pots and pans. I came across this and decided to give it a try. The appearance is really beautiful. They came in white, which I was a little worried about, but it hasn’t been an issue so far as far as cleaning. I do hope that they come out with a few other fun colors. The nonstick is really good quality. We just always need to make sure that you’re using the correct utensils. Don’t use any sort of knife, or metal utensils. This set will be a silicone or wood utensil only. They were very easy to clean after the first few uses so far. I do like that. They are also dishwasher safe. My favorite feature so far has been the handles. They’re very nicely balanced and they stay cool to the touch. My last set had silicone over steel and the silicone was starting to fail. I burned my hands multiple times on the old set. I shouldn’t have to worry about that with this one. They are dishwasher and oven safe up to 450° and come in a variety of sizes. This 10 piece set came with really nice glass lids that are lower profile than my old set so they are easier to store as well.
