First of all, the ball of this cat litter box runs at just the right speed and is very sensitive. As soon as my cat approaches, it stops turning, which is very reliable. I have two cats, one 7 pounds and one 15 pounds, and it can also identify the different weights of my two cats very well. The weekly health report helps me better understand the cat's excretion. I love it!!! Second point, I think it is very simple to clean. Before cleaning, just open the top cover, take out the garbage bag and pull it gently, and you are done. The whole ball can be washed with water. I would like to introduce in particular that the ball can be rotated upwards, which means we don't have to squat to add cat litter, which is very easy. I really like this product, Definitely a good investment for any cat owner!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this thing! The main reason I got an automatic litter box was because of the smell. I can 100 percent say this keeps everything sealed tight. It’s also super quiet and small but yet spacious for my cat. It’s super easy to use and set up, you can set the litter box as auto or manual. Pros : • safety features, cat sensors! (Box will stop rotating if it senses kitty close by) • hardly any litter comes out • value hard to beat! Good quality • gets the job done, and looks cute doing it!! • NO smell • my cat loves it

I bought this as a second automated litter box for my two cats. I really wanted to like it but after almost six months, I ended up replacing it. PROs: the unit was the right size for my two furries; it came with a pleasant smelling deodorizer; litter box operation was quiet, and the app was easy to use. CONS: the small opening at the front of the litter box made refilling the litter tray bit inconvenient; when self-cleaning, the drum rotated in such a way that the litter bag and its contents were on top of the unit in a small angled space which meant more frequent bag and litter changes. It always seems to work better when the litter and waste drops down into a lined drawer. All in all, it wasn’t a bad buy for the price; this box just did not meet my needs or expectations.

I LOVE THIS LITTER BOX! This is an answer to a cat owner’s prayers. It took a little while for my cat to start using it. I finally mixed a little of his old litter in with the new in the Pet Link, and he figured out for what this fancy machine was intended. It is so funny to watch him come running, when the Pet Link starts to clean the litter. “Yoda” sits and watches the Pet Link robot go through its cleaning cycle, as if it were his favorite T.V. program.

Do not buy! It’s a joke! The app doesn’t work with the actual product. On the third day of use I woke up to the app showing no data and the litter box itself overflowing with cat poop.

I love this unit! I acquired my kitten about 6 wks ago and was just using open top tub. Cleanout every couple of days, litter everywhere around the tub, and unpleasant odors. Then I found the Catlink SE Lite. It made life with a kitten so much easier. She took right to it and started using it right away. Assembly was quite easy, and setting up the app is not too complicated, either, with only a slight learning curve. I love that my kitten has a clean litter box every time she needs to go. No more litter all over the floor. No mess and no fuss. Just a happy kitty & happy parent. The waste bag is just under a cover that you lift up for easy access to remove and replace - and it comes with a roll of waste bags to get you going right away. It has automatic or scheduled emptying, and if your kitten is too lightweight for the sensors, there is even a manual emptying cycle - all accessed from within the app. You can also get a gel to place in a side compartment to help control odor, but I didn’t need it as my unit is not on my main floor. Still, even when I am in the area I have not encountered any unpleasant odors. The design teams who engineered the product and the app really thought it through and created a very user friendly unit. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for an automatic litter box.

The set up and use of this litter box was super easy. The app never connected the data to my cats’ profiles which was weird. Also when it “cleaned” the box, poop got stuck in the grate, the flap, all over the back side of the machine. Each time I had to reach in and scrub the inside down. Much more work than a regular litter box.
