I bought this as a second automated litter box for my two cats. I really wanted to like it but after almost six months, I ended up replacing it. PROs: the unit was the right size for my two furries; it came with a pleasant smelling deodorizer; litter box operation was quiet, and the app was easy to use. CONS: the small opening at the front of the litter box made refilling the litter tray bit inconvenient; when self-cleaning, the drum rotated in such a way that the litter bag and its contents were on top of the unit in a small angled space which meant more frequent bag and litter changes. It always seems to work better when the litter and waste drops down into a lined drawer. All in all, it wasn’t a bad buy for the price; this box just did not meet my needs or expectations.

I have to say I love not scooping litter anymore for my 2 adult cats. Once I figured out how to connect it to my phone and my cats adjusted to the new box, we have been happy. The smells are hardly noticeable. The thing that bothers me the most is that the sensor tells me I have to change the bag every other day, and this is why I would look into a different automatic litter box if I were to do it again. If we go away for more than a weekend, I will have to have someone come in and change it.

I LOVE THIS LITTER BOX! This is an answer to a cat owner’s prayers. It took a little while for my cat to start using it. I finally mixed a little of his old litter in with the new in the Pet Link, and he figured out for what this fancy machine was intended. It is so funny to watch him come running, when the Pet Link starts to clean the litter. “Yoda” sits and watches the Pet Link robot go through its cleaning cycle, as if it were his favorite T.V. program.

I don't yet know how well this automated litter box will work. However, my initial impressions, based only on the instructions, is meh. The instructions were poor. For example, one of the instructions says to make sure the trash bag is properly installed. However, it provides no instructions on how to actually install it in the manual. There is a QR code on the front of the litter box, along with 6 or 7 other QR codes in various locations, for purchasing replacement bags, deodorizers, or other parts. Unfortunately, the only one that didn't work was the QR code for the instructions. By golly, though, I can buy replacement items that I will eventually... provided I could get the thing working. I ended up searching on YouTube for basic instructional videos. When I finally figured out the physical aspects of setting up this very simple item, and went to install the "included" deodorizer, I realized, oops... no deodorizer. Having worked as a telephonic customer service rep in the past, I ordered the $29 deodorizer instead of calling customer service because I did not want a service rep who had nothing to do with the issues I experienced to have to put up with my foul temper. Once I had everything set up, the next issue I encountered was connecting it to my Wi-Fi. It will only connect to 2.4GHz signals. My WIFI is set up as a 5GHz network by default, and the 2.4GHz WIFI was not showing up in my available networks. Sadly, it is disabled by default. So, I had to learn how to enable it on my router. If I didn't have a slightly more than basic technological foundation, I would not have figured this out, and my litter box would not have worked without making a few very time-consuming phone calls. All in all, with the troubleshooting, it took way too long to set this thing up and had me saying a few choice words during the process (okay, more than a few). If this turns out to be a fantastic litter box, I will update this review. For now, I can only give it three stars since it does seem to be sturdily built.

Excellent price for this unit so I decided to try one I have never had one of these before. I have three cats all three are disabled so I was concerned at first but thought I'd give it a go because the price was so great. It works well it was easy to set up. As far as how it functions it does what it's supposed to do I at times have a problem recalling how to get it to do its various tasks but that's all on me the operator. I don't smoke a lot coming out and it is right behind a couch in the middle of my living room. I did by the step because of my cats being disabled two of them have brain injuries in essence their motor control is not good and one is missing half of her front arms. The one with the worst motor energy is unable to get into it so I retain my old kitty litter for her the other two love it!

Phenomenal product with amazing customer service. My first litter robot arrived having been damaged in shipment with a hole in the box and the drum of the machine was dented. I reached out and they promptly sent me a new litter box. So far it’s working flawlessly. Conceals the smell amazingly, better than others I’ve tried, and simple to use. Also space saving as it’s not huge. Highly recommend this over the Meowant and Litter Robot.

Easy to clean, perfect smart litter box I have been using this product for a while and I think it is very good! First of all, the ball of this cat litter box runs at just the right speed and is very sensitive. As soon as my cat approaches, it stops turning, which is very reliable. I have two cats, one 7 pounds and one 15 pounds, and it can also identify the different weights of my two cats very well. The weekly health report helps me better understand the cat's excretion. I love it!!! Second point, I think it is very simple to clean. Before cleaning, just open the top cover, take out the garbage bag and pull it gently, and you are done. The whole ball can be washed with water. I would like to introduce in particular that the ball can be rotated upwards, which means we don't have to squat to add cat litter, which is very easy. I really like this product, Definitely a good investment for any cat owner!
