Easy to clean, perfect smart litter box I have been using this product for a while and I think it is very good! First of all, the ball of this cat litter box runs at just the right speed and is very sensitive. As soon as my cat approaches, it stops turning, which is very reliable. I have two cats, one 7 pounds and one 15 pounds, and it can also identify the different weights of my two cats very well. The weekly health report helps me better understand the cat's excretion. I love it!!! Second point, I think it is very simple to clean. Before cleaning, just open the top cover, take out the garbage bag and pull it gently, and you are done. The whole ball can be washed with water. I would like to introduce in particular that the ball can be rotated upwards, which means we don't have to squat to add cat litter, which is very easy. I really like this product, Definitely a good investment for any cat owner!

Excellent price for this unit so I decided to try one I have never had one of these before. I have three cats all three are disabled so I was concerned at first but thought I'd give it a go because the price was so great. It works well it was easy to set up. As far as how it functions it does what it's supposed to do I at times have a problem recalling how to get it to do its various tasks but that's all on me the operator. I don't smoke a lot coming out and it is right behind a couch in the middle of my living room. I did by the step because of my cats being disabled two of them have brain injuries in essence their motor control is not good and one is missing half of her front arms. The one with the worst motor energy is unable to get into it so I retain my old kitty litter for her the other two love it!

I bought this as a second automated litter box for my two cats. I really wanted to like it but after almost six months, I ended up replacing it. PROs: the unit was the right size for my two furries; it came with a pleasant smelling deodorizer; litter box operation was quiet, and the app was easy to use. CONS: the small opening at the front of the litter box made refilling the litter tray bit inconvenient; when self-cleaning, the drum rotated in such a way that the litter bag and its contents were on top of the unit in a small angled space which meant more frequent bag and litter changes. It always seems to work better when the litter and waste drops down into a lined drawer. All in all, it wasn’t a bad buy for the price; this box just did not meet my needs or expectations.

Stopped working after 4 weeks

I typically don’t write reviews but I am compelled to do so on the Scooper SE cat litter box. I normally don’t have any challenges following installation instructions but this was challenging particularly setting up the unit with WiFi. I finally was successful in connecting the Cat Link app with the unit after a good amount of time. I then set up my wife’s app on her phone to the unit. However, my app became disconnected on my phone. I received a message stating it is already connected. In speaking with support, I was informed that the unit can only be connected to one app on one device, even if my wife is traveling. Support told me that they have been trying to get the app developers to change to support multiple devices but have yet to receive a response. So for now only my wife can control the unit unless we delete the app on her device. Not optimal.

I have to say I love not scooping litter anymore for my 2 adult cats. Once I figured out how to connect it to my phone and my cats adjusted to the new box, we have been happy. The smells are hardly noticeable. The thing that bothers me the most is that the sensor tells me I have to change the bag every other day, and this is why I would look into a different automatic litter box if I were to do it again. If we go away for more than a weekend, I will have to have someone come in and change it.

Perfect for apartments—this little cutie is amazing! I just got the CATLINK SE litter box, and at first, I was a little worried because it doesn’t look very big. I wasn’t sure if my cat could fit in, but after setting it up, I realized my worries were unnecessary. Even though my cat is a bit fat, I can see that it moves around inside comfortably—the space is actually very roomy! I live in a small apartment, and this litter box has a really compact footprint, just as described—about the size of two notebooks. It’s super apartment-friendly. Plus, in such a small space, I’m genuinely impressed that there’s almost no odor. I really appreciate that! It’s also incredibly quiet when it’s running. It doesn’t disturb me at all, even when I’m resting. Oh, and I also got some cute stickers from CATLINK! I’m so excited to DIY and personalize this adorable litter box. It’s such a nice little addition to my home, bringing a cozy vibe. Honestly, I think no girl could resist how charming this thing is!

I LOVE THIS LITTER BOX! This is an answer to a cat owner’s prayers. It took a little while for my cat to start using it. I finally mixed a little of his old litter in with the new in the Pet Link, and he figured out for what this fancy machine was intended. It is so funny to watch him come running, when the Pet Link starts to clean the litter. “Yoda” sits and watches the Pet Link robot go through its cleaning cycle, as if it were his favorite T.V. program.
