This is great It’s not like you could just forget about it cause you’ll have to depending on how many cats you have keep up on refilling the litter I didn’t prefer to have the Wi-Fi …I like to glance at it every day to see all is well I can’t imagine going on vacation because you need to refill the litter at least every 2/3 days for 2 cats days depending on how many cats you have If you stay on top of it and you glance at it, it really makes life a lot easier. You just go empty. Put a new bag in. I do it every 2.3 days I think the quality of the product is well-made because it works well also because I haven’t had any issues since I’ve had it it’s a solid stable dependable machine …like I said I didn’t use WiFi I prefer reliability for the machine. other than empty bag depending on how fast it fills for you and making sure that you stay up on the litter so that you don’t have more work to do you enjoy more time for other things it’s a very safe machine I had a kitten who decided the machine was Luna park… running and jumping in and out of it like a loon ..NO problem machine stops senses little guy when he jumps out it & ..it starts again no matter how many times this little terror tried to trip it up ..machine is solid and stable.. overall I would definitely …buy it again ... show more

Wish I had purchased your years ago. But now loving the care free litter box. Our 2 9 year old cats have taken to it with no problem. Emptying it is a breeze! It's good quality and very very quiet. It rotates slowly and efficiently when the cat is finished and exits.

Sometimes it doesn't quite detect that the cat used the machine, so it needs to be restarted to reset the weight sensor. Also sometimes when you change the plastic trash bag, it doesn't quite think you did it correctly so it will throw an error. You need to make sure the bag is tight against the rim of the basket to make the error go away. Otherwise it works as advertised. ... show more

I have three cats. My grandson purchased this litter bad for me. It works amazingly. No need to purchase expensive litter. I use a store brand clumping litter. It is safe for my kitties. You srsly couldn’t get any better than this, including the most expensive litterbot. I have used them all. You’d still need to clean it every other week with a rag but the maintenance is less cumbersome.

The machine works on auto for a month then stopped working. It only works on manual mode now so I have to reach in and press a button to have it run. So it is smelly and annoying I paid so much for something that doesn’t work right. I have done the troubleshooting and it is out of my return window.

Great litter robot. Nice and quiet. Love the pull out draw the way they are able to hook the disposable litter bags. All five Cats use it. Sturdy, great weight, non stickiness. Great litter box quality, totally convenient. No more scooping. Love it.

No app needed to operate this! I ordered a different brand that worked fine for about a month. Then started having problems, not cleaning, not rotating etc. I troubleshooted what I could. It needed to be recalibrated by an app that you were required to pay 24.99$/month for . It was too late to return to Amazon. So I threw it away and found this one. This one works great! It’s very quiet, does not require any app and I have had no problems with it. It was the only one Without an App required!! I did have to order the huge step up for the cats to get into it, but they may have figured it out on their own. The matching step was $100 which seemed very excessive for what amounted to a correction for a design flaw. But regardless NO APP NEEDED!!! ... show more
