Game-changer!
Color: White Grey
Size: X-Large
I have been using the CatLink Litter Box for about two weeks, and it has truly transformed the way I care for my cats. This automated litter box is nothing short of a game-changer for cat owners, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. First and foremost, the setup was so easy and can be done within minutes. The instructions were clear. Its sleek design doesn't just complement my living room decor, but it also offers my cats a private and clean space for their business. My cats are still fascinated by it when it is self-cleaning. The self-cleaning mechanism is efficient and leaves the litter in a good condition after each use. I actually have another litter box but my cats prefer to use the Catlink litter box which is good news - no more scooping for me! The waste drawer is easy to access and clean, making the maintenance process a breeze. I only changed the waste once during the two weeks I've used it, and it wasn't even full yet (I have two full-grown cats). I also appreciate the thoughtfulness in design. The large entryway accommodates cats of different sizes, and the quiet motor ensures that my cat isn't startled during the cleaning process. They actually like to stare at the litter box when it's self-cleaning. Plus, the materials feel very high-quality. One of the standout features for me is the app, which lets me know when it's time to empty the drawer, my cats' weights, and how often they use the litter box. The app makes the entire experience even more user-friendly. The CatLink Litter Robot has given me peace of mind and it has saved me so much time and effort. I highly recommend it to fellow cat parents looking for a reliable, efficient, and low-maintenance litter solution.

The best litter box!!
Color: White Grey
Size: X-Large
The perfect litter box! I’ve had mine for several years now. I bought one and liked it so much that I bought another. My cats all love them too. They have worked consistently, efficiently and perfectly, and customer service is actually customer service - the best! I lost my lid in a move and they moved heaven and earth to replace it for me. Responsive and kind. A great product with great service and great value!

NEVER AGAIN...Waste of money!!!!!!
Color: White Grey
Size: X-Large
I have two female cats 7 and 8 months old. I have had this litter box for a little over a month now. Worst decision of my life. I have to scrub the litter box daily. The pictures and video are what I deal with nightly. Despite filling this stupid thing with litter daily to keep it at a barely usable level, of you accidently add too mucb litter well your screwed as that litter is now wasted and goes into the void of the tray. If it runs on the schedule set forth by the app then any none of the urine or poop are fully solidified, it sticks every where, then when the cats get back in it to use the potty the stuck feces get on their fur....my cats get monthly baths....they shouldn't have to have a bath more often due to a LITTER BOX! I cannot even run it after they use it because it sticks every where. Yes it sounds convenient at first but definitely not worth the cost in cleaning supplies in the long run. If I could give it less than one star I would. Also with the app only one person can be signed into it at a time, if someone else signs in it kicks the other person out. The buttons on the unit take atleast 2-3 presses to respond before working, which makes you want to use the app, but if your not at home then the app doesn't work since it 100% relies on the wifi.

A Must-Have for Every Cat Household!
Color: White Grey
Size: X-Large
I recently purchased the Catlink Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box, and it’s been nothing short of a revelation in our household. Right off the bat, the setup process was straightforward, apart from a minor hiccup with the WiFi connection which took a few tries to get right. But once connected, the convenience it offers is unparalleled. The automatic cleaning feature has transformed our routine. No longer do I need to scoop litter multiple times a week. Instead, I receive notifications on my phone when it’s time to refill the litter or when the trash bin is full, which is incredibly handy. The app also allows me to monitor how frequently my cats use the litter box, giving me peace of mind about their health and habits. My cats adapted quickly to their new bathroom, and they seem to love it as much as I do. The automatic cleaning doesn’t startle them, and the litter box is always clean for the next use, which I think they appreciate. The only challenge was the initial WiFi setup, requiring several attempts before successfully connecting. However, this small effort is a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits. This litter box is a game-changer, significantly reducing the time and effort spent on litter box maintenance. In conclusion, the Catlink Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box is an excellent investment for cat owners who value convenience, hygiene, and the well-being of their furry friends. It’s easy to use, efficient, and the smart features add an extra layer of oversight that’s very reassuring. Highly recommended!

be prepared for odor and frequent deep cleanings
Color: White
Size: Large, 4L Refiller
we have found quite a few problems with our litter box. We bought it not too long ago and have been working nonstop with CATLINK customer support. There were issues with odor from the very beginning. After two months, we finally decided we needed to take it apart and really do a deep clean. What we found was pretty surprising for such a new machine. Customer service is very attentive. It’s the only reason I didn’t give this a one star. But they want to work with things to cover up the odor. The problem was urine soaked litter in areas where it shouldn’t be. We have a litter refiller, and we found a clump at the top of the shoot. Several areas were saturated and will need to be replaced because they were glued on and an absorbable material. Like I said, I gave it two stars because of the excellent customer service. I would give it one star for the quality of the litter box. Our last litter box, from a different manufacturer, was a fraction of the price and of much higher quality.

Very clean
Color: White Grey
Size: X-Large
What a difference this has made for us. We had the kittens in our daughters room since they're her cats and the smell was overwhelming. Since getting this the smell has subsided significantly. It's much easier for her to stay on task to do her chore and the kitties love it! After the 3 minute set up time it's good to go. I get notifications when the cats do their business and it also track their weight. Recently just got a notification to clear out the old trash bag and replace it. Makes things so much easier to stay on top of things. Make sure you get the clumpy kitty litter for the best results. I was hesitant with the price tag but the peace of mind more than makes up for it. Well worth the investment.
