I have several cats and have tried numerous litter boxes. This one is the best I've tried so far. Great customer service . It works really well with large cats as well as small ones. Haven't had any major issues thus far. Well worth the cost although it's cheaper than some of the higher models.

Had problems with the sensor triggering randomly so the machine wouldn’t clean. Called CATLINK support and they sent me another machine. Support was easy to work with and the new machine works great! I think the first one I got on Amazon didn’t come directly from CATLINK maybe. You have to make sure the bag is smoothed out to avoid triggering sensor in the bottom. Although the motherboard died after 3 days, CATLINK customer service is superb and replaced this unit within days.

We were so excited to receive our CATLINK Pro X Luxury litter box a few days ago. It was defective and I wrote a 1-star review. I now believe it was damaged in transit since there was a big hole in the side of the box and it looked as though it had been dropped. TODAY we received the REPLACEMENT CATLINK PRO X LUXURY LITTER BOX. The set up instructions were very easy to use. Downloaded the app, the box ran through it's checks PERFECTLY!! Kitties are excited to see the new toy and have been exploring it. The dogs are interested and probably a bit jealous of the kitties since they still have to go outside in all the different weather to go potty. So far it's great! I have changed my opinion to give this box a positive rating! Thank you Patrick and Anne at CATLINK customer service for helping make this right for us. Happy happy happy!! ... show more

Does the job. I have two cats who excrete a lot of waste, I would usually have to clean their litter everyday. The litter would get everywhere and it would usually smell very bad around the area. Ever since buying this contraption, the daily process has been streamlined. Now all I have to do is refill litter and take out the trash every week. Good for the cats since they always have a clean litter, and good for us, especially with the odor control aspect. ... show more

At first, you might doubt if your cat would use it, but trust me, they get used to it so quickly—before you can even think about wrapping it up. The unit does not require any installation. It comes fully assembled. While it does not have a camera, it connects to Wi-Fi, and the app will send notifications with the weight and other measurements of your kitty cat. It is a self-sufficient unit. You just change the litter once or twice a week, depending on the user. For a single cat, once a week is fine. It really depends on how many cats you have. I am super happy with this purchase; it takes one chore off my list of daily activities. Regarding the size, you might think that it wouldn't fit, but I am living in a small apartment area, and it actually fits perfectly.
