The perfect litter box! I’ve had mine for several years now. I bought one and liked it so much that I bought another. My cats all love them too. I absolutely LOVE my CATLINK litter box and having it has been such a game changer with having multiple cats!! I’ve had it for over a year and it has made everything so much easier! I have two female cats 7 and 8 months old. I have had this litter box for a little over a month now. Worst decision of my life. I have to scrub the litter box daily. The pictures and video are what I deal with nightly. Despite filling this stupid thing with litter daily to keep it at a barely usable level, of you accidently add too mucb litter well your screwed as that litter is now wasted and goes into the void of the tray. If it runs on the schedule set forth by the app then any none of the urine or poop are fully solidified, it sticks every where, then when the cats get back in it to use the potty the stuck feces get on their fur....my cats get monthly baths....they shouldn't have to have a bath more often due to a LITTER BOX! I cannot even run it after they use it because it sticks every where. Yes it sounds convenient at first but definitely not worth the cost in cleaning supplies in the long run. If I could give it less than one star I would. Also with the app only one person can be signed into it at a time, if someone else signs in it kicks the other person out. The buttons on the unit take atleast 2-3 presses to respond before working, which makes you want to use the app, but if your not at home then the app doesn't work since it 100% relies on the wifi.

Right off the bat, the setup process was straightforward, apart from a minor hiccup with the WiFi connection which took a few tries to get right. But once connected, the convenience it offers is unparalleled. The automatic cleaning feature has transformed our routine. No longer do I need to scoop litter multiple times a week. Instead, I receive notifications on my phone when it’s time to refill the litter or when the trash bin is full, which is incredibly handy. The app also allows me to monitor how frequently my cats use the litter box, giving me peace of mind about their health and habits. My cats adapted quickly to their new bathroom, and they seem to love it as much as I do. The automatic cleaning doesn’t startle them, and the litter box is always clean for the next use, which I think they appreciate. The only challenge was the initial WiFi setup, requiring several attempts before successfully connecting. However, this small effort is a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits. This litter box is a game-changer, significantly reducing the time and effort spent on litter box maintenance. we have found quite a few problems with our litter box. We bought it not too long ago and have been working nonstop with CATLINK customer support. There were issues with odor from the very beginning. After two months, we finally decided we needed to take it apart and really do a deep clean. What we found was pretty surprising for such a new machine. Customer service is very attentive. It’s the only reason I didn’t give this a one star. But they want to work with things to cover up the odor. The problem was urine soaked litter in areas where it shouldn’t be. We have a litter refiller, and we found a clump at the top of the shoot. Several areas were saturated and will need to be replaced because they were glued on and an absorbable material. Like I said, I gave it two stars because of the excellent customer service. I would give it one star for the quality of the litter box. Our last litter box, from a different manufacturer, was a fraction of the price and of much higher quality.

What a difference this has made for us. We had the kittens in our daughters room since they're her cats and the smell was overwhelming. Since getting this the smell has subsided significantly. It's much easier for her to stay on task to do her chore and the kitties love it! After the 3 minute set up time it's good to go. I get notifications when the cats do their business and it also track their weight. Recently just got a notification to clear out the old trash bag and replace it. Makes things so much easier to stay on top of things. Make sure you get the clumpy kitty litter for the best results. I was hesitant with the price tag but the peace of mind more than makes up for it. Well worth the investment.
