Everything worked great at first, and I truly love the design of the product. The shape is very pleasing, and the litter tray works way better than a competitor model I used to own. It's super easy to replace the bag and operate the device. The litter-catching tray you can buy and place in front of it is also really nice. Unfortunately, the auto-cycle has stopped working. If I was home every day, this would not be a big issue, but my job keeps me away from home anywhere between 24 to 48 hours at a time, so I really depend on the auto-cycle function. I have tried troubleshooting using the manual to recalibrate and fix the issue, but it's not working despite my best efforts. Really disappointed that the product didn't even last a year with full functionality. It's a lot of money to spend on a product and have it stop working so soon. ... show more

Bin too small. For my one 7lbs cat, I have to empty it at least 2x a week. Auto mode doesn’t work consistently. Even using quality litter (Tidy Cat), Clumps stick to lining and won’t release to dump when it runs. Barrel doesn’t turn quite far enough to properly dump clumps into bin. Not even 30 days and the automatic cycle doesn't work. Unit keeps jumping into manual mode from automatic mode. Have replaced the litter three times already and the unit still smells horribly. I cannot get the smell out no matter what I do. DONT BUY THIS!

It does not work properly. Bag has to be inserted so its touching bottom of tray or it won't function. It stops working frequently and frequently dumps all of the litter into the catch bin instead of cycling properly. It often times does not cycle after each cat so the next cat doesn't want to use the dirty box. zi have 3 other of their other model (the kind with the cat icon on the front) and they all work fine. I love this automatic liter box. I had bought a cheaper one 2 years ago and it broke. I am unable to get on the floor to clean out a regular liter box so when I found this one I figured that I would at least try it. I actually bought one for my daughter.

Purchase this product and starting using it the end of July 2025. I worked acceptably for 2 months, now it will not turn on. Unfortunately, I do not have the option to return or ask for help from the seller. Waste of money!!!! I’ve requested a refund and still have not received it!
