Got this for my dad. He loves it. The one he had doesn’t have noise canceling function so he didn’t wear it that often. But this one is perfect. He can adjust the volume easily and with noise canceling feature, he can hear voice much clearly. The size is also small enough to put in his pocket but not too small that hard to find it. You can also see the battery level on the case. I would say this is good for seniors.

This is a nice hearing aid for providing amplification of sound. There are 4 amplification levels. It starts at level 1 when you turn it on with a 3-second push of the button. Each successive push of the button changes the amplification level to 2, 3, 4, and back to 1. You get the corresponding number of beeps at each push, so you can keep track of the level. So it is pretty easy to use. You adjust the level of right and left individually. I definitely hear increase in amplification at each level. I am not as aware of the noise cancellation feature, but I have no reason to doubt it. Of course these don't have all the bells and whistles of fancier hearing aids that have different settings like group noise, etc. It's just about making sound louder. It comes with 3 different sizes of ear plugs (2 sets of each size). I think I need to adjust the sizing, because it fell out of my ear a few times on first use. I started with the small size. It comes with a nice charging box that tells you the battery level percentage, so you know when to recharge the box. The earbuds will display an orange light to show you when they are charging in the box. The box has a small loop handle which is nice, but it's not large enough to fit over your wrist. I suppose you could attach it to a key ring in your purse. It also comes with a very short USB-C charging cord to charge the box (but no adapter), and a cleaning brush. The instruction manual is thorough and easy to follow. However there are some typos in it, and also it seems to have been translated into English. But still pretty well written. I have not tried or shopped for other similar products, so I don't know how these compare. But they seem like a pretty good option if your hearing just needs some amplification.

FIT Doing a 10 second head shake, and 10 second head bang test did not dislodge either ear piece. They stayed in placed better than other hearing aids I've tested. CONTROLS Each earpiece has a mechanical button that can be long pressed for powering on/off, and short pressed for cycling through four volume levels. The button is well placed and large enough for my finger to always land on it but being a mechanical button I do have to press firmly which sometimes resulted in discomfort from driving the earpiece into my ear. ACOUSTICAL FEEDBACK Whistling experienced only briefly during insertion of the earpieces and never during wearing unless I cupped my hands over my ears. White noise is presented, my environment is saturated with electromagnetic noise so that could be the reason, I'm not sure. SOUND QUALITY Crisp and clear however the product description claims a noise canceling ability that I couldn't detect whatsoever. TAMPER EVIDENT? Yes. Entire product box is sealed in plastic.

These are the first hearing aid that didn't squeal right out of the box when I tried to use them. That by itself moved them several notches upwards on my list. The hearing aids are rechargeable and come complete with a charging case that works very much like my AirPods - charge the case up, and you can then recharge the hearing aids multiple times. Couldn't be easier. Once in the ear, they were incredibly easy to turn on and off, and adjust the volume - both were controlled by pushing the single button facing out from the ear. The only issue is that pushing this button does tend to press the aid into the ear - if it's already bothering someone not used to it, this will simply make it worse. Related to that - while there are different sized ear domes for you to choose from (for a good fit in the ear canal), the "workings" end seems to stick out a little far from your ear. This is mainly an observation - given the price point of this set, it doesn't surprise me. Just realize that these will be quite noticeable when you wear them. The noise cancellation was just okay. It seemed to help a little, but wasn't overly impressive. The amplification was good, but you could certainly tell the voices and other sounds had been electronically amplified. All in all, they're a decent hearing aid for the money. For people on a budget that doesn't include $700 - $1000+ for hearing aids, they provide really good value, warts and all.
