I am SO impressed with this Carote pots and pans set! These pans have completely elevated the cooking experience. The versatility is unmatched — being able to move a pan straight from the stove to the oven and then to the fridge has made meal prep and storage so much easier and less frustrating. Whether I’m searing, baking, or just storing leftovers, this cookware can handle it all. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick and the heat distribution is incredibly even, which means no more hot spots or uneven cooking, yet another frustration of mine. I read the reviews and watched the videos and people were raving about these pots and pans. I finally ordered a set. Pro: light weight. Easy to clean. I mean EASY since virtually nothing sticks to them. Storing is easy since the handles easily come off. They stack perfectly so it does save a lot of room in your cabinets. Also, you can fit more on the stovetop without handles. This has been great. Con: you cannot get them hot enough to seer meat. So you still need an iron skillet. The manufacturer claims these pans are dishwasher safe but I don’t think so. The aluminum bottoms begin to leave a metal residue after the dishwasher which is a sign they should be hand washed. I like the pans but “you get what you pay for” may come into play a bit here

I purchased a small Carote skillet at a local store for our convection top stove and we loved it. It works great with our convection burners and heats up quickly. So we decided to buy a whole new set and discovered the "removable handle" set - hallelujah! Not only are these pans easy to clean and cook with, but are incredibly easy to store in both my shallow kitchen cabinets and our limited-space RV kitchen cabinets. The removable handles (2) are strong and attach/remove with ease. The set came with liners for each pan/skillet to keep the coating from scratching. You do have to be careful not to scratch the coating when cooking or cleaning. The set comes with a ladle and spatula - they are a little smaller than normal but are well-made. The lids are also easy to clean and have rubber edges to prevent scratches to the rim of the pots. With the handles removed, the pots/skillets are completely oven safe. And for someone who loves purple - these were the best color options. The value (under $70) is the cherry on top.

This is my second set of these pots and pans and I love this set even more than the first. The color is beautiful. My first set is cream so the pink fits right in. It’s impossible to get food to stick to these pans even if you burn it. They are very easy to clean and don’t stain easily. Be sure to only use wood or silicone cooking utensils with these pans because they will get scratches (my kids scratched up the cream ones) they are great sizes. I haven’t used the egg pan yet but I think I’ll use them for little cornbread muffins instead of eggs. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with this product. They are a great quality and I will definitely purchase this product again when I need a new set.

The ergonomics of this set were extremely well thought out. They fit so well in our drawer and also in the dishwasher when there’s not a handle on every single pan. HOWEVER, these do get worn/marked up way too easily. The pretty cream color didn’t stand a chance for even a month. I still love them and they’re very usable even if a little work looking, they are hidden in a drawer almost always anyways.
