Shipped In 10 days which is pretty fast considering this pandemic, the bench itself feels strong and can probably hold 600 lbs (Bodyweight+the weight you bench) like it says but is a little wobbly. It won’t wobble while you are benching as long as you have good form and aren’t unevenly benching it. You should probably have some of your own tools to help build this such as a socket wrench. This is a good but not great bench, it will work for the average and even above average person, but if you are repping 315 and over and weigh 250 I would get a better bench. (4 stars) ... show more

I purchased this CAP bench for my teenage son. It a great bench for the price. The only negative is that it seat cushion is very hard, but it’s a new bench so it may soften up over time. My 150lb son doesn’t seem to mind the firmness. I personally would prefer a bit more softness, but for the price it is sturdy and gets the job done. ... show more

So, this bench will work for what I need (basic exercises with light to medium weight and some bodyweight exercises) for short term (1-2 years). It is an okay deal at $75, but would have sent it back for full price of $95. Quality control is sketchy. Instructions are wrong in some places so there is a little trial and error during assembly. As for the bench itself: 1.) there is some rust in areas 2.) pieces bent 3.) poor and unsquare welds 4.) bench isn't flat while in the flast position. 5.) Foot rest fits very loosely and wobbles around. I would be sure to keep it in one spot as it feels like moving it or mishandling could easily break something. Looks like 2-3 years of use might be the max. Wouldn't buy it again, it'll do for now. ... show more

I have had to return this item. Though this product is nice and light weight, this does not equal good quality. In fact the bench is only rated at a weight capacity of 500, so for any user intending to lift above 300 pounds, save your time and look for a different bench. This product is also described to have an adjustable seat, which is a option I was looking for. Though the instructions, pieces you receive with the bench, and the finished product prove that this bench is not equipped with this feature. I am entirely disappointed and agyer reading like reviews disappointed that this item is still posted on Amazon. ... show more
