Exercise benches are really handy for fitness, even if you aren't lifting a lot of weights. You can brace yourself on them, stretch, do different bodyweight exercises, use exercise bands, and of course some weight training. I ordered this while TDY at my parents house for several weeks. Along with a set of adjustable dumbbells, I was able to maintain an exercise routine to keep my energy levels up and continue a strength training regimen (bad news, kids - after 35 or 40, if you're not working it, you're losing it. It's good to keep moving). My mom was in her final days, so it was also good for dealing with the stress while we helped her through all that. Being a caregiver takes a lot of stamina. The bench folds down quite small for storage or to put in back of the car for travel. I would not expect it to hold up forever as your daily exercise bench, but it's a great temporary solution. Sufficiently sturdy and with a good range of adjustability. I liked that it could be easily folded and put away when not in use, and was not cumbersome to deploy. I weigh about 165 lbs, and was not using much weight, so I can't say how it might do for seriously heavy lifting or for a larger person. There was a little play in the joints, for instance, that might or might not be an issue with constant or heavy use. But the bench is made of solid steel, is well-padded, and seems well-constructed, so I think as long as it's not abused, it might hold up fine. I would recommend it for sure as a temporary or limited use bench, and it may be even better, but I have not had to find out. ... show more

This is a good bench. Bits a bit narrow but not too much. The seat feels a bit flimsy but I've had no problems over a year of use, both lifting and doing situps etc on it. Bench is very sturdy and works great. I really like how smooth the bench tilt into the different configurations for use. It has a very nice spring action pin system that locks it into place. I only had one issue with the pullout pin the you use to lock it in the folded postion for storage. The handle for that pin must have been damage in shipping. It's really not needed for in order to use the bench. It functions perfectly while in use. I just couldn't find a way to contact the company to get a new one mailed out. ... show more

Lightweight and easy to move wherever I need it. It also folds up easily for storage, doesn't take up too much space, which is perfect for my small home gym. This bench gets the job done and is functional for basic workouts, especially if you’re just getting started or need something inexpensive. However, the overall build quality leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is how flimsy and wobbly it feels, particularly when using heavier weights. It doesn’t inspire much confidence, and there’s noticeable movement during exercises. If you’re expecting something that feels solid like a commercial gym bench, you’ll likely be disappointed. The selling point of this bench is that it folds up, it's light, and with a velcro handle strap you can transport it to workout. It was already assembled in box. I like the adjusting locking ping which is easy to use and adjusts fast.

This adjustable bench is great for its intended purpose, which is an all in one flat, incline, and decline adjustable bench. It came pre-assembled, and was easy to set up. The biggest benefit of this bench in my eyes is that it can be folded into a significantly smaller footprint when not in use, and can be unfolded and set up in less than a minute. The padding is a bit thin but not uncomfortable. The bench itself has adjustable feet and is fairly stable, although the feet are plastic and not rubber.
