We have a home gym. It has a concrete floor because when knew when building our home we were going to use the space as a weight room so we intentionally did not put flooring down. (It's in our finished basement.) I had two teenage boys at the time (now adults) and we purchased this flooring to help with the noise and to protect the floor from accidents. I initially put this flooring down in 2017. It's was super easy to install, wall to wall. It does get thinner over time, but I just recently replaced our flooring, so it lasted a good 8 years. There weren't any holes or any significant reason to replace it other than normal wear and tear. This flooring has been used and abused daily and has held up very well. I highly recommend it. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to put down, it can be cut to fit with a utility knife or scissors if necessary. We have two golden retrievers, they don't normally go in there, but their paws/nails don't hurt it and it's easy to clean with a broom or vacuum. We also clean it weekly with disinfectant. We have never been let down by CAP products, great quality without breaking the bank!

Bought these for our mini-basement-gym. They are perfect. I was worried it would be too thin, but they are very comfortable. I have no problem working out on the mats whether it’s sit ups, push ups, etc… it was quiet easy to put together and cut to size as well.

I've been using the CAP Barbell Exercise Puzzle Mats for about a month now, and overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. These mats are perfect for protecting my floor while working out, and they provide excellent cushioning for high-impact exercises like jumping or burpees. Pros: Easy to Assemble: The puzzle-piece design makes it super easy to set up and adjust the mat to fit any space. You can add or remove tiles as needed, which is great for customizing your workout area. Non-Slip Surface: I love how grippy the surface is. Even when I'm sweating or using equipment, the mats stay in place, and I don't feel like I'm slipping. Versatile: These mats are multi-purpose. I've used them for everything from yoga to weightlifting, and they handle it all. I especially like that they can be used in a home gym or in a living room where floor protection is key. Comfortable Cushioning: The mats provide just the right amount of cushion. They’re thick enough to protect your joints without being too soft that it affects your stability. Easy to Clean: I’ve spilled some water and sweat on them, and they wipe off without issue. No stains or lingering odors. Cons: Thickness: While the 3/4” thickness is generally adequate, for certain high-impact exercises, it could be a bit more cushioned. We just put down a new basement floor, and didn’t want the workout weight to scratch it. The pads are thick and easy to fit together. They stay in place and should do a nice job of protecting the floor.

I bought these for my senior dog because it’s hard for him to walk on hardwood, he’s actually able to jump on the bed again. Great support and quality. The size is perfect for the end of my bed and by the dog bowl. He had an accident and I just took them outside, hosed and washed them down super easy.

I had to order these again fit nice together no cracks and I like the color. I have an office chair that sits on them it makes print but goes away after awhile my dogs already threw up on it . thank you very much, and it cleaned right up no stain I use these as insulation/flooring in my cargo trailer.
