Product was ok for a few months. Nice weight and stability, but the umbrella would spin in the wind until we screwed in the anchor bolt to the point where it damaged the umbrella pole... Not great, but serviceable. Then the next slight wind broke the anchor bolt at the tap welds- really expected better.

I purchased this after researching how much weight I needed for a 7.5 foot umbrella. I also purchased a metal table with a hole for added stability. This stand and the table are doing the job of keeping my umbrella in place even with high winds and gusts of 35 mph. The umbrella is closed during high winds. I have seen several of my neighbors closed umbrellas take off with the wind so I feel like this was a good buy.

This stand is heavy which is what you want on a windy day. It’s designed well. It’s attractive. I have an 11 foot umbrella and so far so good, it’s performing like a solid anchor under our patio dining table. Glad I bought it.
