The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this shower head for years, and it’s honestly one of the most reliable products I’ve purchased. The first one lasted about 4 years with no issues, which really impressed me. When I moved to a new home, I didn’t even consider other options, I bought two more right away. The water pressure is excellent, and it makes showers feel much more refreshing. The brushed nickel finish looks clean and modern, and it holds up well over time without looking worn out. Installation is quick and easy, even if you’re not very handy. Overall, great quality, durability, and performance. Definitely worth it, I keep coming back to it for a reason!

The media could not be loaded. I was concerned about not getting enough pressure and flow, but I was wrong! Even with the attached extended arm, the smaller head/gallon worked well. I did NOT install the flow restrictor due to being a smaller gallon access, and it is great! The spray quality is full and covers fully. I needed the head to have the ability to rotate slightly, since our pipe is not centered on our shower wall, and this has that feature! Love it! The shower head itself seems durable and overall is a beautiful install. The handheld feels a little light, but that is a good thing when holding it I suppose. And the hose is sturdy and is of really good quality stainless. Everything was super easy to install, and even had rubber gaskets and plumbing tape for the install. I was very pleased with the items included, and the installation was quick. (About 15-20 minutes.) The only thing I would say is the handheld connection is a bit tricky. You have to place it just right into the slot. And the station for it is plastic. Long-term, I wonder if this will wear and break. However, we will only use the handheld every so often. So, hopefully it will be fine. Changing water pressure and spray settings is done through a knob on the faucet itself. It is large and easy to modify during showering. It also makes things easy to wipe down and clean. If you are petite/short (height wise,) I would highly suggest getting the arm piece, especially if your pipe is placed high, but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase and feel it is an exceptional value for what was paid!

Just arrived today. Love shower head. Got the lower stream one and with the water pressure it feels like enough. Hose is good and everything works. Only reason I gave a four star is the material feels cheap. The hose and everything is plastic. However for the price it’s not bad. Recommend getting.

Are there better shower head/wand combos out there, yes, but not for this price. This is the best "Value wand" you can get. I had one of these in the guest bath in my old house and when I moved into an apartment temporarily this was a great value no-brainer. Shower head has good pressure and settings, wand is sturdy and also has great pressure and settings, helps save water, is good for tall people, or people who have issues with mobility, and it looks cool too.

I dislike how the weight of the handheld wand when placed in the bracket it was meant to be stored in also cocks the shower head askew... in my case it wants to point STRAIGHT TOWARD MY SHOWER DOOR, which not only looks sloppy but is highly impractical. I worry it will want to spray water all over my door/the floor if I pre-heat the water for a bit before getting in the shower, unless I take annoying extra steps and fiddle with it. It's just not ideal. I have a 3x3 stall, so getting in on the far end if the shower stall won't work for me. It *was* easy to put together... and I don't have tons of spare time to return and re-install on my low budget/as a single mom of 5, anyway, so I guess I will just deal with this now. But I would have gotten a different one if I knew this was going to happen.

Very good shower head. There are a total of 4 options, one is the regular shower, and the other option feels like rain pouring because water comes out like thick raindrops and feels really good. The other 2 options are with the hand held shower. I noticed that it helped with the water pressure so it seems like water now comes out stronger. It is very light, made of plastic but looks sturdy. I had to use an extender as it is better to place it higher, just my preference. I am so glad I picked this one as I am enjoying my showers more now. I installed it myself and wasn't too bad at all considering that I also had to install an extension. This is the best shower head I have ever purchsed so far. Highly recommend!!!
