I was concerned about not getting enough pressure and flow, but I was wrong! Even with the attached extended arm, the smaller head/gallon worked well. I did NOT install the flow restrictor due to being a smaller gallon access, and it is great! The spray quality is full and covers fully. I needed the head to have the ability to rotate slightly, since our pipe is not centered on our shower wall, and this has that feature! Love it! The shower head itself seems durable and overall is a beautiful install. The handheld feels a little light, but that is a good thing when holding it I suppose. And the hose is sturdy and is of really good quality stainless. Everything was super easy to install, and even had rubber gaskets and plumbing tape for the install. I was very pleased with the items included, and the installation was quick. (About 15-20 minutes.) The only thing I would say is the handheld connection is a bit tricky. You have to place it just right into the slot. And the station for it is plastic. Long-term, I wonder if this will wear and break. However, we will only use the handheld every so often. So, hopefully it will be fine. Changing water pressure and spray settings is done through a knob on the faucet itself. It is large and easy to modify during showering. It also makes things easy to wipe down and clean. If you are petite/short (height wise,) I would highly suggest getting the arm piece, especially if your pipe is placed high, but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase and feel it is an exceptional value for what was paid!

Loving this shower head. It has great water pressure. Quality material. I like the brushed nickel finish. Great value for my money. Even the hand held feature is powerful enough to shower with. The main head is a rain shower that you can adjust!

I love this shower head. It gives a relaxing massage to the back of the neck and it is also nice to have the feature where you can use the hand piece. It’s easy to use. Was simple to install. I like that it is very well made and I may be ordering another for my second bathroom. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you can’t use the main shower head and the handheld piece at the same time. The handheld piece is also pet friendly and makes it easy to rinse out tub after cleaning. There are three spray options and the dial in the middle of of the shower head is easy to adjust the spray.

I think this product is exceptional. It allows a different style of rain head with so many settings and also a handheld that attaches to the rain head. I live in an apartment and everything I see online is 2.75 gallons per minute which drains my hot water tank. This is 1.7 and now I don’t run out of hot water. Plus my dog loves it. The handheld makes it much easier and so much quicker to wash my dog. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this shower head for years, and it’s honestly one of the most reliable products I’ve purchased. The first one lasted about 4 years with no issues, which really impressed me. When I moved to a new home, I didn’t even consider other options, I bought two more right away. The water pressure is excellent, and it makes showers feel much more refreshing. The brushed nickel finish looks clean and modern, and it holds up well over time without looking worn out. Installation is quick and easy, even if you’re not very handy. Overall, great quality, durability, and performance. Definitely worth it, I keep coming back to it for a reason!

We bought this shower head about 16 months ago and have loved it. However it has started to come apart and separate leaving us with a leaky shower head and no pressure. Currently we are only able to use the handheld. Disappointed this didn’t last longer.

I love it. It's perfect and is so relaxing. It has terrific water pressure. It only took a few minutes to install. It's very easy to clean with. It was the best investment I have made and it is very nice looking.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new shower head!!! Definitely worth my research and my wallet thanks me too!!! It’s super easy to install and has great features! The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t have the main shower head and the handheld running at the same time but no matter because due to the main shower head’s rectangle shape, it hits basically everywhere! The cord itself is like a slinky, doesn’t get taut when spun around too much. It rotates about 360° and maintains loose. The power jet stream is strong but not overbearing and the rain fall is quite light and relaxing. The in between feels okay but I don’t like how the power jet sprays a little. The hand held has the same two options, however the jet stream is quite strong and flows in a straight line.
