I was concerned about not getting enough pressure and flow, but I was wrong! Even with the attached extended arm, the smaller head/gallon worked well. I did NOT install the flow restrictor due to being a smaller gallon access, and it is great! The spray quality is full and covers fully. I needed the head to have the ability to rotate slightly, since our pipe is not centered on our shower wall, and this has that feature! Love it! The shower head itself seems durable and overall is a beautiful install. The handheld feels a little light, but that is a good thing when holding it I suppose. And the hose is sturdy and is of really good quality stainless. Everything was super easy to install, and even had rubber gaskets and plumbing tape for the install. I was very pleased with the items included, and the installation was quick. (About 15-20 minutes.) The only thing I would say is the handheld connection is a bit tricky. You have to place it just right into the slot. And the station for it is plastic. Long-term, I wonder if this will wear and break. However, we will only use the handheld every so often. So, hopefully it will be fine. Changing water pressure and spray settings is done through a knob on the faucet itself. It is large and easy to modify during showering. It also makes things easy to wipe down and clean. If you are petite/short (height wise,) I would highly suggest getting the arm piece, especially if your pipe is placed high, but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase and feel it is an exceptional value for what was paid!

I’ve been using this shower head for years, and it’s honestly one of the most reliable products I’ve purchased. The first one lasted about 4 years with no issues, which really impressed me. When I moved to a new home, I didn’t even consider other options, I bought two more right away. The water pressure is excellent, and it makes showers feel much more refreshing. The brushed nickel finish looks clean and modern, and it holds up well over time without looking worn out. Installation is quick and easy, even if you’re not very handy. Overall, great quality, durability, and performance. Definitely worth it, I keep coming back to it for a reason!

I love this shower head. It gives a relaxing massage to the back of the neck and it is also nice to have the feature where you can use the hand piece. It’s easy to use. Was simple to install. I like that it is very well made and I may be ordering another for my second bathroom. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you can’t use the main shower head and the handheld piece at the same time. The handheld piece is also pet friendly and makes it easy to rinse out tub after cleaning. There are three spray options and the dial in the middle of of the shower head is easy to adjust the spray.

Are there better shower head/wand combos out there, yes, but not for this price. This is the best "Value wand" you can get. I had one of these in the guest bath in my old house and when I moved into an apartment temporarily this was a great value no-brainer. Shower head has good pressure and settings, wand is sturdy and also has great pressure and settings, helps save water, is good for tall people, or people who have issues with mobility, and it looks cool too.

The shower head is very nice. Love the water flow and it's very easy to use. My biggest complaint is the additional shower head wand. It works nice but in order for it to turn on you need to turn the knob inside the big shower head. This is annoying as you get splashed in the face or drenched in water if you only want to use the wand to clean the tub or g7ve a dog a bath.

I will admit that we had a bit of trial and error here. I removed the flow restrictor and installed the shower head (super easy, took less than 5 minutes and I can barely change a light bulb) and everything was working great and pressurized EXCEPT the rain part of the shower head for some reason. The pressure was so bad the water was coming out on a curve. I was totally bummed because that part is why I bought it. Before throwing in the towel I took the head off, removed the circular screen and lo and behold, another flow restrictor. I popped that bad boy out with a pair of cuticle scissors and boom - shower of my dreams. Seriously it’s amazing. It feels like a spa rain shower. I want to live in it!
