This water pitcher is great! The filter takes out more than your conventional water filters and the size makes for less trips to the sink for a refill. That being said, I am so very disappointed that yesterday, upon filling it up and heading to the table, the handle broke away from the pitcher, cracking in the housing itself and not at the seams, and crashed a pitcher full of water all over my tile floors. I am extra disappointed in that I paid nearly $60 to have this shipped from Europe because I cannot find them in the US. I would buy it again to replace, but not at that price for sure. ... show more

I have broken three of these. They are so cheaply made compared to the one I had 15 years ago. If the handle brakes on my last one I am done. I hate this pitcher. The top will fall of if you don't have your thumb on it. Such a piece of junk.

1. DHL is horrible, but I'll skip that part. Once arrived, the pitcher's box looked faded and old. It was also opened. Parts are missing an it is unusable as a filter pitcher. I want a refund.
