This straightener is the best I've ever had. I have very full, long thick hair. When I dry my hair it poofs out and is really frizzy. I've purchased many flat irons wanting flat smooth hair and none of them worked like this one. This flat iron is light weight, gets hot quickly. It cuts the time I do my hair in half. With each use of this flat iron, I feel like I've just stepped out of the salon. Highly recommend this product! If I could give this a 10 star rating, I would.

So far this has been the best straightener yet! My hairdresser has one and I had to get it after using hers! My hair comes out so smooth and stays that way for a few days! It’s heats up quickly and it’s comfortable to use.

I just bought this neuro flat iron when it was on sale and I used it this morning. I Love it!!! I watched the videos that showed other women using it and it seemed to work really well. It is the best flat iron I have ever used. I have long, thick, semi coarse hair it tends to be wavy and lumpy which I don't like. This iron made it nice and sleek and straight. I also like that it is a brand that I recognize. I highly recommend!!!

This straightens really well , easy to hold , I’d gone with the 1.5” as I have long hair . Easy to adjust the temps , and glides easily through hair - no pulling. Definitely worth the money

I purchased this from Amazon as they were the lowest priced and actually had sold a lot of both models, but the Neuro Smooth had some great reviews and some not so great, thus I am giving my two cents worth. I have dry hair with some breakage, fall out due to medications for Thyroid. However, this Neuro 1.25” Flat-Iron is amazing, it’s the first one I have bought that I can easily program and SEE the correct temperature to avoid frying my hair. Even with natural hair loss on top of my issues I have very thick hair about1.5” below my shoulders, it usually took me 45-60 minutes to blow dry & straighten my hair. Now it’s less than 30 minutes, and my hair is shiny and looks salon straightened. People complained about this pulling on their hair, I have not had that problem, and this is the BEST FLAT IRON I have ever owned!!
