The media could not be loaded. Pros: One of the cheaper options that includes a Roman chair that also has both incline and decline. Comes with all tools needed to build. Seems sturdy while also being lightweight. Easy to adjust bench. Comfortable. Took about and hour to put together by myself. Cons: The Roman chair lift needs to be physically pushed down (don't have weights to add but I imagine that would help) which messes with the flow of reps. Foam padding rolls very easily which can cause some discomfort during certain exercises. Came with cosmetic damage. The product had no reviews prior to me purchasing so this was off-putting at first. The way the instructions are written is confusing if your not familiar with the names of hardware. Text is small. Overall, the product is as described and true to pictures. Did a few exercises to test it out but have yet to use it at length. Gave 4 stars due to the cons listed. Seems great overall 👍

According to the measurements in the pictures this was supposed to be one of the biggest benches. My husband is very tall and I was looking for a long bench. This was not only as short if not shorter than all the others, it was very small. The pads for the leg extension was barely big enough to fit my normal size legs behind and I'm 5'4. The preacher curl pad area was way too small for him to fit his chest and arms on. The only positive about this is the cushion is comfortable and thick but as well as being narrow...so its was a definite loss for me. If your looking for a good bench with the preacher curl pad and leg extension set, I'd go with the Marcy 2 piece set with the rack. I would have gotten that first but I thought this was longer (sadly mistaken). They are even the same price! Save your time and money and look elsewhere, especially if you're taller than 5'5.
