The bench is a really good design and the Bench itself is comfortable, But is was missing pieces and also the metal is paper thin. It broke in less than two uses. They also just painted rusted metal in the factory. Seller told be they will send missing parts and then complete replacement unit, but I waited for over two month and they just lied to string me along. I ended up returning this Chinese garbage.

It tips backwards when you are doing sit ups, for me and my girlfriend and she is tiny. The set pad digs into the back of the knees when doing situps. This is actually dangerous when it tips backwards and you hit your head on a concrete floor, which happened to me.

This is a nice addition for my weights; however, not for me. I am a heavier person and the quality doesn't feel the best to support my weight. My kids love it, they are able to use it with no issues. I am 6'2" and 260lbs, I won't use this. My kids are between 110-150 LBS, there isn't any issues for them.

The bench works for me. It’s not heavy duty but for the price this is a great tool to do your workouts. It’s pretty easy to put together and to store when you don’t use it! Definitely recommend it!

When I ordered the BODYRHYTHM weight bench I was a little skeptical on the sturdiness of the product. Once I put it together it was clear that they put a lot of thought into the design of the product. The bench is very compact and can be easily stored away. Well built product and I highly recommend the BODYRHYTHM if you plan on working-out from home.
