Most important Pro: This is a hard-to-find an Olefin fabric Market Umbrella. Check the fabric content which appears as you click through the color choices to be sure your color is Olefin and not polyester, waterproof fabric, etc. which may have been treated with PFAS. I ordered beige and it is Olefin. Perfect! Another Pro: Well constructed, easy to put up and down by turning a crank style mechanism, and heavy duty build. Velco tabs at the end of each umbrella section for hanging lights, etc. around the perimeter. The product states that "olefin fabric blocks 95% of harmful sun rays." This is why I wanted an umbrella. I got one umbrella with SUNBRELLA tan fabric ($200) and one with OLEFIN tan fabric ($90). The only structure difference is the crank housing. They crank the same, feel both solid but for some reason are different in shape. Not sure why. In terms of fabric the Olefin is not blocking as much light as the Sunbrella. If you go under and look at the sun, you are still blinded by the sunlight with the Olefin, not at all with the Sunbrella. You can tell in the picture that the Sunbrella underside is much darker than the Olefin. It gives you an idea of how much shade it provides. Both fabrics are the same exact tan color. No doubt the Olefin is great but the fabric looks a bit more fragile than Sunbrella. Time will tell... If price is a concern, the Bluu Olefin seems a great product. Waaaaay better than basic flimsy umbrellas some stores offer. They both feel "commercial grade", if you know what I mean.

We bought this umbrella to go with our new outdoor furniture and it is beautiful. It adds just the right pop of color (and of course when we set out lights to blue, thee umbrella looks extra pretty). We leave it open year-round because it protects our deck and furniture from debris falling from our trees. It is super sturdy and has withstood our crazy 2022-2023 California rain and wind storms. Our stong winds has actually blown out of the stand a few times onto the deck and has not sustained any damage. Love this umbrella!

The color of this umbrella is listed as army green. It took much longer to arrive than they said it would and the color is a very bright emerald green! Trying to decide if I want to keep it, the quality seems good, but now it doesn't match everything I have.

We are very pleased with this umbrella, looks nice and is well made, a very good value umbrella. The company's customer service is OUTSTANDING!! We had an issue with the cord that controls the opening and closing mechanism a few days after the umbrella arrived so we contacted the company BLUU directly and they shipped out a replacement umbrella immediately, said the issue we had is very rare. We really appreciate a company that stands behind their product so we highly recommend this umbrella company for their excellent customer service as well as the umbrella itself is very nice.
