It was torn but the package was not damaged so it was packaged with a tear. Order bigger because it's not the size it says unless they shipped wrong. Very disappointed in the tear and the size but liked the weight

I have a 22' round pool, I cannot find any products that fit, I have to size up to 24' or down to 21', I went with the 21' and it fits perfect. This blanket helps heat the pool just enough that I don't have to hesitate getting in the pool, it warms mostly the top 6" or so but it is just enough. Living in the Great Pacific NW we don't get many hot days or warm night to maintain a constant temperature but this makes it comfortable. I deducted one star because of the sharp wood splinters in a few of the seams, I assume it was assembled on a large wooden table that was coming apart, had I not noticed the wood I would have ended up with some big painful slivers.

For the price and it was here within 2days always makes it a plus! Quality seems to be about what I expected, Not Paper thin but not real thick,definitely seemsto be durable! After I watched how I saw the way a couple of friends helped my fiance take it off and put back on I thought it was going to be ripped or it was going to start popping like the ones that are u use for shipping. Had to step on it when we were cleaning the dust, dirt and ect... I definitely would purchase again! Only thing is it was alot bigger than the pool assuming its going to shrink from the sun ??

Love this silly thing! I really didn't think it would warm my pool much, but hoped it would help a little. It certainly exceeded my expectations. The water stays at least 10-15 degrees warmer (depending on how much sun there is). I actually had to take the cover off when we had some really hot, sunny days for the last two weeks since the water was getting too warm. The cover also helps keep the pool cleaner since the bugs seem able to fly away after touching down on it instead of getting trapped in the water. And it stays put, even on very windy days. The cover that came with the pool was a nightmare to keep on in wind. The only negatives I can think of is that it probably won't last more than a year or two (since it is just bubble wrap), and the price was a bit high. However, because it works so well keeping the water warm and stays put in my pool, it deserves the five stars.

I'm very satisfied! Totally recommend! The solar blanket really helps make the temperature higher you just need to make sure the water pump is off when the sun is heating up the solar blanket. Turn on the pump when the sun is gone.

The media could not be loaded. I just purchased this brand new on 5/5. Last night was the first time I went to unroll it and put it on my pool. I had almost the entire cover on the pool and at the last seam (or course), I see the seam separated, about 8 - 10 inches in length. :( Quite disappointed. Waiting to hear from customer service. I purchased this cover because the last one I purchased of this type lasted me almost 4 years and I was pleased with it. So far, not so much with this one. Maybe it's me, but there is absolutely NOTHING that irks me more than something brand new, right out of the box, being defective. AND it happens quite frequently, at least to me :( I'll update after I get a response from customer service As for today 6/1, I'm still waiting to hear from customer service. Not such a great experience here. I did get a confirmation email indicating a support ticket opened on 5/20 but have not heard a word since. I even sent a follow up on 5/26 and still no response. ANother update. And the saga continues. STILL no update. I called this 'blue wave' customer service, and when I finally did get someone to answer, they told me to keep sending emails. There was nothing they could do for me. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT BUY from this company, because if there is an issue, you are ALONE! final update: 7/18 FINALLY. On 7/15 a response. Of course apologizing for the 'delay', and asking for documentation that I had sent them almost 2 months ago. I had already given up on these guys and contacted Amazon and explained the situation, and they instantly refunded my money, no questions asked. ALthough this was not their responsibility, I applaud them for stepping in and taking the hit for these clowns. Thank you Amazon.

Used for 2 months. Dried and rolled up and put away for the season. Unrolled it today to used again for march/April and its completely disintegrated. Just falls completely apart when you touch it. Edit: contacted the manufacturer after Amazon said they couldn't help. They shipped a new one under warranty
