I had no idea what I was getting into buying this thing. It needed several parts changed out. It does have a powerful little motor but the quality of many of the small parts is really low. Customer service always responds to help inquiries but we've had ours since the beginning of April and we still can't use it. Total waste of money. I would not recommend buying this unless you're a mechanic and you like troubleshooting projects. Lied about stars to ensure this message got out.

I was skeptical about purchasing a 4 wheeler on Amazon but my skepticism was quickly erased once this arrived and we got it going. It's very well assembled, easy to use and runs so smoothly. Customer service was top knotch from the moment we purchased until I wrote this review. The seller was very on top of keeping us in the loop with the delivery since a third party freight company delivered it. They checked in with us to make sure everything was working and extended themselves to us if we noticed anything not functioning to standard. We are very impressed not only with the product but with the company as a whole. If you are skeptical, don't be. You will be so happy you purchased from X-Pro!!!

Do not purchase! I have had to contact the seller 3 times due to parts breaking on the quad! We have spent more time fixing the quad instead of riding it and it’s only been 6 months! This quad is unsafe for my child to drive and the company is refusing to take any accountability or make things right.

Easy to put together! Was missing battery, contacted seller and had a new one sent ASAP. Great customer service, quick response. The ATV runs and starts GREAT. Good power and steers well. Grand kids will enjoy for a long time!!!!! Would recommend this ATV.
