Description

Instantly create a smooth, soft padded wall surface barrier between your pool wall and pool liner. The gorilla guard closed-cell 1/8-in thick high-density wall foam provides excellent protection between your pool liner and the pool wall. In addition, it acts as an insulator improving your pool's ability to retain heat. This foam extends the life of your pool and pool liner by providing extra protection from rust, corrosion and other wall deterioration that may damage your pool or pool liner. This pool wall foam went on smoothly. We used spray adhesive, sprayed metal walls, after spray became tacky we pressed the foam against it and it stuck essily. It was also easy to cut/trim. I was worried it would wrinkle the liner, but it did not because we used a shop vac to sucks air out from behind the liner as we filled pool with water. The new pool liner lays flat against the foam, no issues at all and the pool walls look great now that pool is filled. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

Doesn't go on easily. After being unrolled you will understand why. The middle is shorter than the ends, causing waves on the ends when it has been unrolled. This makes it difficult to place evenly on the sides of the pool. We had to pull it tight to keep the edges flat, otherwise the edges will be bunched up causing wrinkles. Makes a pretty easy nd straight forward job 10 times more difficult. Once you have it installed it's fine, however I can't understand how this even happens in the first place, but it definitely takes much more time. ... show more

    • Easy to install!
We replaced the liner in our metal wall unground pool and this was suggested as a barrier between the liner and metal walls. Also purchased the blue spray adhesive that is made for pools to stick the foam to the walls and it worked perfectly! Easy to use and install!

    • not as easy as i thought
this worked very well, it was however very hard to install , spray adhesive would come out in different patterns, it was very windy , and only 2 people to install -- kicked our butt- the product is thick and soft for protection held up so far with 10 hyper kids in pool

    • Nearly impossible to use!
This product is corrugated. It is not flat as it appears on the picture. Also, it is cut uneven in both ends, I assume because the corrugation compresses unevenly. I HIGHLY recommend you find another product. After trying for hours to get this to go on, we gave up. It's not returnable as we used adhesive on it, so this will be my first ever Amazon purchase that goes straight to the garbage. ... show more
