I purchased a 5 pack of these tubes alongside a mesh leaf cover to keep the leaves out of my pool during the changing seasons. The water tubes arrived quickly, were packaged nicely, and appeared to be of good quality. Unfortunately, immediately after setting the bags in place and filling with water, 2 of the 5 bags displayed slow leaks in the corners and now require refill every 1-2 days and leave my concrete wet at all times due to the constant leak. Upon further inspection, it's clear that the "melted" seam at the corners is not very robust. It'd be a miracle if these held up over more than a couple of freeze/thaw cycles, even if only filled at 50% to allow for expansion. I reached out to Blue Wave over a week ago letting them know of the issue; no response. I understand that response times are slower than normal given covid and peak season for pool closings, but I'd expect some response after 6 business days. Giving this 2 stars considering 3 of the 5 bags have held up fine, but generally not impressed with the 60% quality rate on the 5 pack.

I would give 5 stars except two of the 10 bags I purchased leaked. Tried to return them but Amazon said because the reason for returning was a defect, I should contact Blue Wave. Blue wave said because they were shipped by Amazon they wouldn't send a replacement for the defective bags. So I ended up with 20 per cent fewer bags than I paid for.

Would give no stars if I had the option. I order 2 packs of 5 for same day delivery.The did arrive 7 hours after I placed my order. Four of the ten had holes in the seams, so when I filled with water they came right out the holes and of coarse the tubes did not stay filled. If they had holes when I got them, do I think they will last though the winter?? Would not buy again or recomend to anyone.

I opened and filled the first one and it had a slit in the seam and leaked, next one seemed to fill ok but then noticed on the very corner it was leaking...My son took out his lighter and was able to close the pin hole. I then went to fill the 3rd and same as the first, big slit in the seam, took out #4 and the same. I refused to take out #5. Thankfully I didn't get past my return date because these pieces of crap are going back to the seller for a refund. I bought them online as a convenience but will make the effort to buy them at the pool store and pay the extra $$ for ones I know will hold water.

I bought it thinking the leaves won't collect in the middle like the dual bladder. But I soon found out why someone came up with the dual bladder. These single bladder have a tendency to roll -like water- down even the slitest hill. I won't buy these again. 3 out of 10 had holes at the seams which I'm sure once I contact Amazon it will be taken care of.

This product exceeded my expectations. We filled them with water in September it's now mid-February. They've been frozen solid several times and thawed and are working perfectly. No leaking, stay in place and were easy to fill. What a relief this winter - no regular checking to see if the pool cover blew off like in previous years.

The delivery window closed and I bought these ahead of the closing season to be ready, I purchased 2 10 packs of them. Out of the 10 pieces I received only 3 are left that hold water, each bag has like a rust mark on it, looks like a machine hit them by accident during the manufacturing. Typical China no quality control. Although the packaging looked real nice.

These tubes are made in China and are not tested prior to shipment. The tubes leak in two places: (a) at the end of the tubes where the heat seal is not completely across the end of the tube; and (b) along the longitudinal crease caused by the folding and packing operation. I have purchased about 20 of them in the last four weeks. Six leaked. Doing the math, that is a 30% fallout. Or, better yet, you need to buy about 40% more than you need. They are cheap cheap cheap cheap, so the fallout is affordable. However, the Chinese manufacturer could get 5 stars simply by implementing some better quality control on his production line.
