I ordered 2 sets, each 10' long. One of them had a considerable leak that we noticed as soon as we were trying to fill with water. I was counting on all of them working to have complete coverage for the tarp. I will update review if a replacement is sent for that one.

    • Tougher than the dual water tubes
I filled these up and placed them on one side of my pool cover. On the other side I placed the dual water tubes. In a month and a half, these have held up. I have had 2 of the 5 dual water tubes leak. All were put down at the same time. All filled from the hose to about 80% capacity. We have had the temperature go down to the 20's for a few days. I want to see how many last the winter and are available for the next year. I tried all double before and when I tried to use them a second time they leaked.     • Flimsy - Popped Halfway Through Winter
Filled these half-way, as recommended. Ordered 10. At least 3 have sprung leaks and our cover sank into the pool. Needed to use rope and stakes to secure the cover and reinforce that the rest of the bags don't leak and let the cover fall on the other parts of the pool.

    • Badly need to keep leaves out of the pool
Contrary to some reviews we did not find these hard to fill or close. Fit well around our pool, inexpensive solution, and seem to be holding up well. Very prompt shipping. i purchased a few more than I needed, expecting that some would nt hold water, but all are in place and working well.

    • Makes a perfect flood barrier!
We bought these to use for a dam/ barrier at the top of our driveway to help prevent storm runoff from the street from pouring down our driveway. Normally we use tube sand bags but they have a tendency to get holes and then the sand goes everywhere. These tubes, filled with water and layed end to end are the perfect solution to be a flood barrier. They are wider than i expected, which is great.     • Make sure to tie them down.
Great product, works like it is described, however I would recommend to tie them to the wire in the cover to secure them in place when it rains.
