Even with nonstick it is important to add a bit of oil or butter ( not nonstick spray) before adding the rest of the ingredients. I'd heard this from numerous sources before buying this pan and have found it to be true. Cleans up great. The underside of the pan tends to retain stains even with scrubbing but the inside and out that is coated smoothly cleans easily. Heats evenly! Goes in the dishwasher. I use silicone tools only to preserve coating. Have used it regularly for several months. Happy!!! ... show more

I needed a new griddle and was seriously considering splurging on something expensive to get a higher quality product. These blue diamond pans caught my attention so I decided to try them. The price of the pans was excellent as well. I ordered the 8” skillet and the square griddle. They turned out to be such a pleasure to cook on I ordered the 12” covered skillet as well. I bought this pan so I could use my induction cooktop to cook my eggs. This pan is awesome. The bottom heats evenly and the eggs slide right off when I'm ready to take them out of the skillet.

These are nice looking pans, and I really like them. The nonstick is good, but it’s just not the slippery nonstick that you see in the advertisement. In the advertisement, they put a blender onto the pan and say, “no scratches!“ However, I was using plastic Spatulas and you could see small scratches on the pan when I was not expecting to see any at all! Still, it’s a nice pan, especially for the price. I mean, come on, they’re cheap! ... show more

Since I live alone, I really like having this smaller pan. Really, nothing sticks to it and it cleans up so easily. It's h a nice weight, not thin and cheap feeling. I wish it came with a cover, but I searched everywhere and it's just not available so I use one from a different pan that isn't quite the right size, but works. ... show more

Followed all care and use instructions. Only used it to fry eggs with oil or butter. Pan started sticking after a few weeks of use. I reached out to the manufacturer for support with a warranty replacement, but they refused to help. DON'T BUY!!!

The pan already has deep scratches(down to the metal) and I use silicone utensils. I'm assuming the scratches came from... like pork chop bones and such. I'm guessing the pan will last a year(maybe).
