I just received the cookware set for Christmas. It came with a nonstick silicone spatula and spoon, which are much more durable, heat resistent and won't scratch the Diamond Cookware. You must allow the cookware to cool before washing. You will not have to use high heat when cooking. Diamonds are 4X's more heat conductive than copper. Love the set and the fact nothing sticks. I love this small pot. It's perfect for single size portions and everything comes off at easily. It's great for melting cheese onto things because you can just use a silicon spatula to get all of the cheese out of the pan and onto your plate/mouth 😁
