Ordered this umbrella April 7th. Was so impressed with the quality and price I ordered two more. Now, just three weeks into having these umbrellas I couldn't believe how much they have faded. All three that I ordered were green. The first one I got has been up for less than three weeks and has turned completely blue. It is still green underneath but I am amazed at how quickly the sun impacted the outside. While they were a bargain and seem to be well made it is clear that, even though they may remain intact, they will look terrible by summer's end. This is not a quality product and I would not recommend. Update 5/13/2020. Received an email from the supplier offering a $45 refund (purchased 3 umbrellas) if I would remove my review. Several days later received a second email again offering a $45 refund if I would remove my review or change it to 5 stars. Pretty poor way of doing business and trying to manipulate the review process ... show more

Bought this product with high hopes only to be disappointed by the product and company. We had it for only half the summer. One of the umbrella poles broke and another bent with less than four uses. I wouldn’t be as upset if someone had responded to my many emails.

I bought two umbrellas from two different places. The other one faded after two weeks so I returned it to the box store where I purchased it. This one is a different material and so far is holding up. It is a larger size that allows more shade on the patio chairs around the table which I like. I usually buy red, but this color is a darker red, more burgundy which I think looks classier. It cranks up and down and has a vent at the top. Seems well made. I use a cement base so it has not tipped over, but when it is really windy and stormy, I always crank my umbrellas down just to be safe as years ago I had one fly up and over my fence and landed on someone's roof on the next street. I recommend always taking them down in high wind as they can be dangerous. ... show more

Love the design. It has held up through the first part of Houston hurricane season and lots of rain. I was worried about mildew when it was folded and wet but it was not an issue. Very pleased.

This is a good quality umbrella. I saw some just like this at a store that cost $20 more. Two piece post, quality fabric, and the crank handle is easy to operate. Very nice.

We got this umbrella to place in our pool (there is a hole in the steps on the shallow end designed for an umbrella) and it looks perfect and provides some much needed shade. The blue and white stripes look great too! The problem is that when I took it out of the plastic wrap it came in, the piece that the round ball is supposed to screw into had broken off the top. I'm going to try to contact the company to get a replacement top piece (that isn't broken). EDITED: I tried to contact the company and never heard back (only able to "provide feedback" to company, not contact them directly. We are going to need to return this for a brand new one that hopefully isn't broken! ... show more

Love this! I bought it to cover my toddler in the little pool we have in the back yard and it works great for my use. I love that I can put it back in the plastic bag it came with and store it in my shed for the colder weather.
