I absolutely love this umbrella! Shipping was quick! This is the 2nd of these weve ordered,the last got destroyed in a storm. This one is actually better than the last. I made a mistake and ordered the 10ft before (which was too big),in red,the solar lights were disconnected and the red faded quickly in our Missouri summer sun. Hopefully this 9ft blue is alot more durable. The lights turned on immediately,no problem there. One small issue is the velcro was missing from the ties,but it's not a deal breaker,they're long enough to just tie together. We love it. ... show more

I have had it through the Fall and Winter season and it still looks good and the lights still work. Note: the lights are not as bright as they look in my picture, it's just how the picture came out. I rarely write reviews, but am very pleasantly impressed by this patio umbrella and so decided to comment for others looking at this product. The umbrella seems very well made, the ribs are heavy, the crank is smooth and it is clearly more "heavy duty" than my last umbrella. It tilts smoothly, the solar unit comes attached to the top of the umbrella, and the 4 LED lights per rib are secured in the rib with an on/off switch on the pole. I like the esthetic of the lights, dresses up the umbrella, and the cerulean color is beautiful. I have had many patio umbrellas over the years and this umbrella is heavier and more solid that my prior umbrellas, and the price was less than I have paid over many years for other umbrellas.
