One short phone call, and mere moments later (okay, a day or two) a new part arrived at my doorstep. Customer service is un-equaled! New igniter in hand, drop in burner in hand, no tools needed and presto, fire. I use this as a grill side wok station and it produces plenty of heat to keep the process moving (something a lot of burners wonโ€™t do). Heat management is the key to wok cooking. It lights first time, every time and the blue flame is perfectly consistent. Clean up is a breeze. I could not be happier with this product and the customer service.
