The product itself is great, however I didn't like the way the seller or whoever packaged it, or didn't package it as they just stuck a sticker with my name and address on the can opener box itself and the person who I bought it for Christmas was the one who brought it and she said oh I wanted to buy one of these but yours may be broke since box is torn. Why as it not put in a box to ship it correctly and then I had to tell her don't buy one, since this is your gift. I did not buy a used opener, it was supposed to be new so why did it come in a taped up box and if it is so easy to clean what was it all sticky? I am disappointed in the product I received but it it works well I will keep it but I don’t think I will be as forgiving with my next purchases.

Nothing really special to say about it. It's a basic electric can opener. It's sharp and opens cans with ease. The electric can opener this is replacing lasted over 10 years and I feel like this one will last 10 years with no problems.

Really like the height of the can opener as it allows us to open a wider range of can sizes. It's a little tricky to get the can started, but I expect that will get easier over time.
