Although it was outside their two month warranty window the customer service representative offered a full refund, because my original product color was no longer available. The umbrella operates as it should, came with a dark stain about 2' long but it's outside and not easily visible. Keep in mind this is not a heavy duty stand for this price. We have a rope we tie it to in the upper portion of the pole when it's in use so it doesn't tip and break the welds on the bottom where it attaches to the stand legs. We don't leave it open if we're not on the deck.

Poor quality as they used plastic for the hinge that bent and twisted with a "snap" in a slight breeze. It has a large wind vent that should also help prevent this. Was purchased 7/22/23. Didn't even last 3 months. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this. Will try to contact the company to see if they will replace the pole. Contacted the company and waiting response. Umbrella can't be used as the hinge is cracked. If they try to use it the umbrella could snap worse and fall causing a safety hazard. Why they used plastic for a hinge on an outdoor umbrella, I don't know. Had one star but moved to 3 stars as the customer service was great. They offered a full refund since they, at the time, were out of stock for a replacement. The plastic hinge must have been defective and they were willing to refund me.

We bought this umbrella and have had it on our patio through the summer. It has held it's color in our hot Louisiana sun and made it through a few storms. We are pleased with the quality of the frame and the fabric. It is easy to operate and is a great size to cover our L shaped seating area.
