This is a very modern & stylishly designed kitchen appliance, & I truly do love it. The warming tray is such a thoughtful addition, & there is a small grease collection cup that slides in under the griddle on the back side., as well. There is only one issue: I'm a little old lady, I live alone, & this griddle is simply larger, & a bit heavier, than is practical for me. Still, I'm so impressed by this product, that instead of returning it, I'm giving it to my daughter, so that she can enjoy using it to prepare meals quickly, & easily for her family.

Have used weekly since purchase in April 2024. Still very nonstick and is easy to clean the last year and a half. Not perfect (some brands are slightly more nonstick) but little to complain about. Have used at least weekly if not 2-3 times a week at times. Photo taken late September 2025. Here are a few tips tips to help it last longer: -clean with non abrasive side of sponge with normal dish soap. -for when things stick and cook on (berries in pancakes for instance), use a baking soda paste to gently rub off. -turn on to 250°, let heat up and reach temp. Then wait a few minutes to turn to 350 or above. Slowly warming lengthens life. - use some sort of oil every time, never cook without it.

My family of 4 really enjoys breakfast food, especially pancakes. I, however, do not enjoy having multiple pans going at the same, time with the same type of food cooking, just so everyone can eat together. I decided to give this griddle a try, to maximize food amount, minimize dishes, and utilize time better. It's pretty easy and straight forward. No bells and whistles needed to make simple, delicious food in a reasonable time frame. I chose the Bella brand because I have a few other cookware items from the brand, and so far everything has been made of good quality, and produces good quality. What you get: One 10 x 20 electric griddle, one drip tray, one power cord, one instruction manual. Useage: Ths griddle has a temperature range from 200°F to 400°F, along with a convenient "warm" setting. There is enough room for a good amount to cook at once. For example, I made 5 buttermilk pancakes at the same time (1/4 cup of liquid batter per each pancake). It was a little bit tight to flip, but it worked. Everything cooked evenly and came out a beautiful golden color. The outside had a toasty crisp, and the inside was still fluffy. My family had no problem at all gobbling them up and said they preferred it to the pan & stove top method. Cleaning & Storage: The griddle is handwash only, the drip tray is handwash or dishwasher friendly. It is a little awkward to wash, you absolutely can NOT get the removable plug area wet. If you do, it will likely destroy the unit or become a shock/fire risk. After cooling the griddle completely (45-60 minutes after cooking) I unplug it and sort of hang the main unit into the sink to wash, plug port side up for protection. It helps to get anything stuck on wiped off first, preferably while the griddle is still warm (not hot). Issues/Things To Consider: You can only use one heat setting at a time. If you want to cook multiple different food items, plan for them to all use the same degree of heat. The manual states that cooking spray/oil can NOT be used on this griddle. It will ruin the non-stick coating on the ceramic. If that is a deal breaker, this might not be the best choice for you. It is not as convenient as dishwasher use only. It is not great for space saving and should be stored horizontally. For me, thats not a big deal. For some, space saving is a must. Conclusion: I think its a nice addition to my kitchen, and find it simple and convenient to use. I would re-purchase it again in the future, and recommend it to others.

Didn't think there was a real difference when it came to griddles, until I bought this one. I am not a fan of non-stick anything if I can help it. Knowing that the coating is what helps a griddle do its job helped me decide which direction I wanted to go in terms of purchase. I like the warming drawer, it could be a smidge deeper and it would help a lot. The pocket is big enough for about two slices of french toast or two medium pancakes, what I do like is that the space isn't wasted. Temp control is great, as long as you know where the hot spots are on EVERY griddle, you will be fine. I like how stable the griddle is even if the tabletop isn't the best. If your on the fence, and you need a griddle that doesn't stick, is easy to wash (just be patient with the drying) and has a cute, almost purposeless drawer, this is the one.

I was looking for an electric griddle that I could use to make large batches of pancakes more quickly and efficiently as I like to make a bunch and freeze them for quick breakfasts. This griddle does not disappoint! It heats up really quickly and seems to have really good heat distribution! The temperature control does seem to be a tad sensitive since even the slightest turn of the knob can cause a huge temperature change but as long as I remember that, it is not a big deal. I wasn't sure by other reviews that I read/pictures I looked at, but I have been able to make 8-10 decent sized (not baby sized) pancakes at once which was one of my major concerns when purchasing as I do often triple/quadruple my recipes so that I can freeze them. As other reviewers have said, this griddle is EXTREMELY non-stick and sometimes the use of two spatulas for flipping is required but I would much rather have this problem than the opposite. I do butter the griddle which is unnecessary but I feel it makes my pancakes tastier and love a little crisp to them sometimes. I also use this griddle to warm up a lot of tortillas at once when making big batches of tacos and it works great for that! I've used it to make quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches, and even to warm up foods like pizza or waffles that get soggy in the microwave (usually I still microwave them first because it's faster and then just throw them on the griddle for a minute to crisp up the bottom). Overall, this griddle is just what I needed and SUCH a great price. I am hoping it lasts a while but I have several other Bella products that have lasted over the years so I am not too concerned about this thing quitting on me anytime soon, even with frequent use!
