Works as stated. I'm pretty happy at it's power. I broke it in with 10 years of paper work with no issues. I pushed it to it's limit of 8 sheets most of of the time. I didn't remove the paper clips and didn't have any issues.

This is a good basic shredder for home use or a small business, for occasional use. It's lightweight and easy to use, and it just works. It can't handle too many pages at a time, maybe 3 max, but once it's set on auto you can keep running pages through it. I've found it to be fast and efficient. It jammed once, probably too many pages, and took tweezers to get the last of it out. The instructions say its max run time is 3 minutes at a time but I've probably used it for longer than that and it's been fine. Not for heavy office use but for occasional home use it's great and you can't beat the price.

It’s great! For the lower price compared to other shredders, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality. It’s much quieter than my previous shredder. I like the handle because it makes emptying the bin easier. I have a small household so this shredder is perfect for my purposes. Very pleased with this purchase.

The shredder function as needed. I have used it for several weeks now, and very easy to use. I just plug it in and started using it right away. I inserted about 6 pages and it worked without any issue it jamming. It works great and the material seems durable and its compact/average size. I liked the side window to see the about of accumulation on the inside.

It works great! When it works. It's gets clogged underneath and you have to pull out the paper yourself. It got clogged so bad that I couldn't pull the paper out and it won't shred. Oh yeah it'll turn on and the motor will run. But that's it. Don't bother asking about the warranty. Apparently Amazon doesn't back their own products. It's only been 6 months and it stopped working. Called about the warranty and they asked why I didn't return it sooner. Uh, because it was still working? What about the warranty? They'll email you within 48 hours. It's been 72. I'll update this review if they contact me. October 21, 2025: no one has ever contacted me. I'm changing my stars from two to one. October 24, 2025: contacted customer service on another issue yet Tanisha took care of this one. Because of the Customer Service Rep Tanisha, I have faith in the Amazon Branded product again.
