Not a sturdy product! I could have been seriously injured today! While benching 225lbs today, the bolt holding the back support of the bench snapped and back support of bench collapsed as I was working out! If you review your records you will see that I haven't had this bench set a year.. smh

Hundred percent horrible one of the bars was bent when you lay down on the bench it’s a little wobbly you could tell it’s cheaply made just like other reviews. Say it broke on them well lifting weights I can definitely see that happening the first time I do a bench press so sending this piece of crap back. Trust me stay away from this. ... show more

Amazing product. The quality and price a great value. Not difficult to assemble. The instruction manual is superbe and you may need a magnifying glass otherwise easy to read and assemble when you create an assembly plan. I worked alone for the most part so it took me about 4 hours plus. The seat was difficult to fasten the 4 screws that alone took 1 hour with help. ... show more

    • Solid value. Don’t expect Champaign on a beer budget
While this is far from a “great” bench, for the <$150 I paid (price seems to fluctuate greatly) I’m very happy with it. It includes several features that are not offered on about anything else in the price class, and the assembly is pretty straight forward, took about an hour. I had to bend a couple pieces for alignment and fit, but again… cost/return. The 2 piece design allows me to do more with less, both in space and equipment (and can be moved through a doorway without disassembly), plus I can bench alone without worrying about choking myself to death. Nothing about this thing inspires confidence if youre going to be throwing around heavy weights but for the price its hard to beat for a beginner. The assembly requires some finesse as the metal can deform if bolts are overtightened but they include locktight which is a classy move. The welds arent great. In fact i had to call in a return because the curl bar was a few degrees off. BUT the new unit arrived 24 hours later and despite the hassle of having to return an 80lb box to UPS im satisfied enough. ... show more

This product was very easy to assemble, the instructions were very clear. All you need for tools is an allen wrench, adjustable wrench, and a socket wrench. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product for the price, it’s lightweight, yet very durable. I have to say that I almost sent it back because some of the holes were too small for the screws. this was a major defect but I am glad amazon convinced me to keep it. I had the holes machined and I love my bench.

This is perhaps the cheapest piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. I weigh 185 and was only bench pressing 150. The weld on the brace holding the seat snapped and the seat collapsed causing me to lose control of the barbell. It very nearly landed on me which could have caused serious injury. I have looked at other reviews and exact same problems have happened. Obviously the manufacturer of this thing could care less about quality control. I have tried to contact this company but good luck in finding a number. I have contacted Amazon 2 times and they gave me a email and 2 phone numbers and they were all disconnected. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS WEIGHT BENCH OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU RUN THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY WITH THE EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY. ... show more
