Not a sturdy product! I could have been seriously injured today! While benching 225lbs today, the bolt holding the back support of the bench snapped and back support of bench collapsed as I was working out! If you review your records you will see that I haven't had this bench set a year.. smh

6 of the 15 large pieces that make up this item are extremely defective. The front support feet are warped and wobble giving no support. The support arm under the bench does not line up with any of the screw holes. The threaded bolt for securing the arm piece is crooked and will not allow the bolt to enter. The large base gor the weight rack is in three pieces (two side pieces and the middle piece) the middle piece does not fit into either side piece making yet weight rack impossible to put together. Do not waste your money here. The company that fabricates this product refuses to provide assistance and Amazon will only replace it if you pay for shipping the original back at great cost to you as shipping is calculated by weight. There is not even an option to request replacement parts.

Amazing product. The quality and price a great value. Not difficult to assemble. The instruction manual is superbe and you may need a magnifying glass otherwise easy to read and assemble when you create an assembly plan. I worked alone for the most part so it took me about 4 hours plus. The seat was difficult to fasten the 4 screws that alone took 1 hour with help.

While this is far from a “great” bench, for the <$150 I paid (price seems to fluctuate greatly) I’m very happy with it. It includes several features that are not offered on about anything else in the price class, and the assembly is pretty straight forward, took about an hour. I had to bend a couple pieces for alignment and fit, but again… cost/return. The 2 piece design allows me to do more with less, both in space and equipment (and can be moved through a doorway without disassembly), plus I can bench alone without worrying about choking myself to death. All in all I’m very happy with it for a home-based workout setup.

Nothing about this thing inspires confidence if youre going to be throwing around heavy weights but for the price its hard to beat for a beginner. The assembly requires some finesse as the metal can deform if bolts are overtightened but they include locktight which is a classy move. The welds arent great. In fact i had to call in a return because the curl bar was a few degrees off. BUT the new unit arrived 24 hours later and despite the hassle of having to return an 80lb box to UPS im satisfied enough.

This product was very easy to assemble, the instructions were very clear. All you need for tools is an allen wrench, adjustable wrench, and a socket wrench. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product for the price, it’s lightweight, yet very durable. I really like that this set features an independent rack from the bench which makes it more versatile. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a home gym.

I don’t have the hammer curl attachment on the photo. But for the price of the equipment, I’m really impressed! I had no problems setting up the equipment myself without any extra tools, (I’m a 24 year old female, if I can do it, you can do it lol). Just pay attention to the directions and don’t rush it. Considering how many variations of exercises you can do with this, it is 100% worth the purchase!

Hundred percent horrible one of the bars was bent when you lay down on the bench it’s a little wobbly you could tell it’s cheaply made just like other reviews. Say it broke on them well lifting weights I can definitely see that happening the first time I do a bench press so sending this piece of crap back. Trust me stay away from this.
