The media could not be loaded. We are very excited about the purchase. We got the 12 x 10 one. My wife & I were a little intimidated by the 10hr build time, but lucky it took us 5 hours. Followed the instructions, and the build was quite easy. It can scratch easy, so I’d recommend some cardboard or to build on grass so avoid scratching. Feels sturdy, great product, & looks great! Looks great Out of the box a few pieces had some scratches... Nothing major. Take you time as a few pieces look very similar in but are different. With 2 people took about 8 hours to assemble.

Took me and my wife about 9 hours to complete. It is very well built. Directions were good quality and made sense. We are very happy with the purchase. The shipping kind of sucked. We had to track down the delivery company. Set up a delivery date, got a confirmation email and they didn't show. Got a call and they apologized then brought it the next day. It took 2 deliveries, but ironically, the BackYard ppl happened to call me before I received the 2nd shipment from Amazon, which they said didnt exist. BYD did a little behind the scenes investigating, and viola, I got the rest of my boxes. They followed up to make sure I was happy. We love it!

My wife ordered this and forced me to assemble it on our patio. It’s sturdy and the outlets are a nice addition, but when my wife told me she paid $2600 for it I nearly vomited. I was determined to take it back apart and return it, but after a brief argument we kept it. No way in hell this thing is worth $2600. This should not cost more than $1200 MAX! ... show more

So well worth it. It made our backyard very modern and made our backyard space even more enjoyable this summer. The pergola is very well made, sturdy and is of high quality. My teenage son and I put it together but we took our time (took 2 days and total of 13 hours). Best if 3 people are on it.

My purchase arrived within a week. Pergola is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Recommend a minimum two people with 6ft ladders. Also leave the plastic on all of the parts until ready to assemble, it made it much easier putting it together. Assemble time was 8 hours.

Excellent product easy to install I suggest you put the parts together first day takes five hours Then on the second day you do the assembly with two friends and it will take about 3 to 4 hours to complete excellently made looks great. Follow the steps one at a time and you won’t have any problem
