This hose is perfect. The material is thick and durable. It hasn't kinked on me yet. It's easy to drag around the yard. While it's not lightweight, it is still easily maneuverable. I don't know what else to say other than it is exactly as expected. I highly recommend.

I own a couple acres, and 100' of garden hose always comes in handy for some project or tree that needs watering. This one worked well, with a couple exceptions. === The Good Stuff === * I uncoiled it on a nice sunny day and let the sun warm it. Unlike most hoses I've purchased over the years, it did not immediately kink in multiple spots. * I ran water though it with no leaks, which is really the only thing I expect of a garden hose. * Coiling it back up was a bit of a challenge, but mostly because 100'; of hose is a lot to coil!. If you plan on regularly storing this hose, you might want to consider some sort of reel/storage gizmo, === The Not-So-Good Stuff === * The hose was shipped in a standard cardboard box with no added protection. It showed up looking like it lost a hard-fought battle with the logistics people. Unfortunately somewhere in that battle, the male connector on the hose was crushed. I need to cut the old end off and replace it with a new fitting. (If this wasn't a VINE product sample, I would have just sent the whole mess back) * I assume BPA-FREE is a good thing in a hose. It did seem a little stiffer than most hoses, but maybe it will change as it gets some use. The smell was a little better than some hoses I've owned...still not sure I'd drink out of it (although it seemed safe enough when I was 10!) === Summary === Except for the shipping/packaging, I was mostly pleased with this hose. 100' of hose length sure comes in handy for me-but beware of what you ask for. A 100' of hose, filled with water is a bit heavy to deal with, and coiling it up to store is a little bit of work.

I needed a long water hose that would reach a swimming pool in our back yard. Unfortunately my water faucet is not in the most ideal location. Its on my back patio and the concrete covers a large area. I have the swimming pool probably a good 50 feet from the water faucet. This reaches without having to worry about if I'm pulling on it too hard to stretch it out. It reaches and still has some left to move around. I can even water some of my plants a little further out which helps my wife out so she doesn't have to bring buckets of water to go water the plants. The water hose feels like it is made out of good quality materials. However, I try not to keep my water hoses out on the ground or in the open sun as in the Southern US, it does get very hot in the summer and water hoses do not tend to hold up as long. So I try to pick it up and store it when I'm not using it. So far I haven't had any issues out of it and glad to find something that reaches what I need it to reach.

I’ve been through so many hoses since I moved to the South and started my garden. The last one I had, would constantly kink and not to mention it was made of a weird material and lime green that looks terrible when it’s dirty, not that a hose can be “pretty” per se 😜. I watered all my gardens with it which total 22 right now, and despite the hose doing what hoses do and curl around things they shouldn’t be curling around, including the hose itself, there was no a kink to be found… never did I have to stop and unkink my hose due to the pressure stopping from kink! Now mind you, this isn’t quite as lightweight as my other one, but that’s okay because it’s still not so heavy like some hoses. The hose even looks like it will repel dirt. Furthermore, the 100 feet one is absolutely perfect for me.. it’s really long and will reach a lot! I will buying this hose from now on and I have plenty of places that need new ones as we have many plants, trees, and gardens. An excellent product I can recommend.

This house is so heavy! It’s so hard to wind up around real because it refuses to bend the direction you want it to go. It was so heavy that it pulls iron right out of the ground and fall forward. I’m still keeping it because I need a long hose, it is so heavy! It does roll up into a tight kink as you’re stretching it out and it is full of water. I don’t think I have ever found a hose that didn’t kink other than those collapsible spring ones. Those don’t last more than one season if you’re lucky.

This hose is not kink resistant. We needed a long hose to push water out from our pool cover but unfortunately this is not the solution. It always develops kinks and is not user friendly.

It doesn't take long for hoses on Arizona to get soft and split in the hot sun. So far, this hose is holding up great. It hasn't kicked, and has not faded either. It's a great length, heavy duty material. I like the teal color to it. Probably the best hose we've had so far. Connectors are sturdy and threads are good.
