I bought this product because I get really bad cramps period. I was skeptical that it wouldn't work, but it really does. It has 3 heating settings, and the first heating setting, the heat is really low. The second heating setting you feel the heat, It feels really good. The third heating setting does get really hot so I would put a towel or something between the product and your skin like they suggest because you will fill the heat, I fell asleep with the product on, the vibration and the heat put me right to sleep. The heating pad does automatically turn off after 30 minutes. It does come with the USB plug,and you just plug that into your phone,charger.It does charge pretty fast.

I have back pain often This helps alleviate pain. I can travel with it, use it while walking around in the garden or even shopping, my friend thought it was a fanny pack. It charges quickly with USB cord so don't need batteries. I really like the different levels of heat available. Very useful when I was on the plane. I don't like the vibrating function, wish I could turn that off. It would be lovely to have a travel case, as sometimes the buttons get pushed from what you're leaning on and it starts vibrating it heats up too much and have to take it off to fix More than once the vibrating button got hit (as well as heart) while in my travel bag and drained a lot of the battery. I still use it despite this slight annoyance.

This little heating pad was a bit smaller than expected but it does heat up very quickly and gets very warm if desired. I've used it about a dozen times so far and the only complaint I have is the battery life is not great I can only use it twice at most in a 24-hour period before it flashes and won't turn on until I charge it. Not a big deal for occasional use if you charge it before you use it, more frustrating for those with chronic conditions that need regular use. Based on other reviews I'm wondering if I got a bad battery. The belt is surprisingly long (pro) but the sizing buckle is too loose so it doesn't stay tight and instantly loosens up and the release button is difficult to press so I could see people with arthritis having trouble getting the belt unhooked. Keep in mind that the hard plastic body is not flexible at all so it's great for the belly or back but doesn't fit to other body parts very well though I was able to adjust it enough to help with a headache somewhat recently.

…I had to write something for this little guy for anyone out there with horrendous period cramps as a BIG recommend!!! I was in tears this morning and couldn’t get up from being curled into the fetal position in bed and found this thing as a same day delivery luckily. It came only a few hours ago, I used it straight out of the box, and I’m only just now having to charge it several hours of constant use later. It’s small, it’s lightweight, the part that goes towards your body is soft, the waistband is adjustable and pretty comfortable, and the heat is pretty powerful for a little thing! Definitely don’t put it on your skin directly, I made the mistake of assuming “oh it’s a small guy, how hot can it get!?” and putting it directly on my skin. The lowest heat level had a the uncomfortable bite of just on the side of too hot to it when directly on my skin, but when I put my shirt under it, the second and third heat levels were amazing. The massage function is really just patterns of vibration which doesn’t do anything for my cramps, but I imagine that I’ll also use this on my back while I work and it’ll be a nice bonus feature. TDLR: If you have period cramps, definitely give this machine a try, I already love the convenience and power of mine and I’ve only had it for a few hours. I’ve got good heat AND I’m not chained to a wall, it’s Heaven!

I have chronic pelvic pain and I use a heating pad religiously at home but of course that doesn’t do portable. So I found this bad boy. I honestly love it. It gets fairly hot and fast. It has 3 heat settings and 3 “massage” vibration settings. I don’t use the vibration but it does vibrate so at least there is that. Only downside is the battery isn’t super long lasting HOWEVER it’s honestly just nice to have this option at all. So I will take having to stop and charge it sometimes rather than not having this at all.

This is my first ever Amazon review- I’m writing it because this device is so much better than I could have hoped. I have AWFUL cramps and I’ve tried so many different relief options. This thing was a shot in the dark, but it wasn’t super pricey so I bought it. I can say out of the box I have used it for 6 hours and I haven’t charged it. The fabric is soft and the design is thin. I was concerned the heat wouldn’t be strong enough -l haven’t even had to used the third level because the first two are so warm. I highly recommend

This little thing gets hot!! This was bought to travel with and it worked better than I thought. Make sure you do not apply directly to skin on hottest level as others have mentioned. I used mainly for heating but the massage is a nice touch. I wanted a different color but save a few dollars getting plain white. Super easy to put on and take off. Charge lasts a decent amount of time and charges up pretty quickly. Would recommend and buy again.

I was looking for so long for a portable heating pad and I found it! I use the regular pads that you plug to the outlets in the wall but I cannot go about my day with those. This pad is portable, small and easy to carry around you can sit, stand and walk without the hassle of cables or without to turn it off so you can move around your house. It heats very fast and I use it on the highest setting, it had to be used with layers of clothing because of how potent it is. I don't use the vibration settings because it is uncomfortable for me, but my daughter uses it and likes it. The pain is bearable when I use it, after two kids my cramps are unbearably painful. I just wished that it could cover more of the pain zone, so I don't have to adjusted. But other than that, I use it every month!
